Sorry about the bullet punching, @RomanticUndead. I was going to switch but then you put up stealth rocks so I was like, "Okay, I'll suicide him until I can get Tentacruel in!"
and, um, sorry about Tentacruel too. He had an Assault Vest to tank those Draco Meteors.

Don't apologize! Do you think I would have switched out my Bellyjet Azu had I managed to pull off a Belly Drum?
I have a few breeding projects coming up, I'll have a new team soon and you can bet we'll be trying that again ;-)
Echoed Voice is normal type special, and is supposed to increase power every turn by 40 up to 200 every turn it's used consecutively. (Additionally in double/triple battles multiple Pokemon using it makes it stack faster as the value is shared)
It basically begs to be used with Life Orb/Choice item.
Thanks - I hear Destiny Knot is supposed to let you transfer 5 IVs from a parent in X/Y. Maybe when I can move them over to X/Y I'll breed them together for the other natures i.e. Modest/Jolly.
Their names indicate what Hidden Power Type they have. TimIc is an HP Ice one, for example.
Well, earlier today I got a Shellder with a 31 Attack and Speed IV, courtesy of a rather generous Japanese player via GTS - the only drawback is an HP IV of < 10. I'm thinking what I'm thinking I'm going to do is breed it with an Adamant Corsola for Rock Blast(with the Shellder holding a Power Bracer) until I get a male with Adamant, then breed it with one of the Dittos holding a Destiny Knot until I get a really nice looking one. It should be significantly easier to do this than previous games with all of the breeding changes(i.e. Everstone is supposed to be increased to a 100% chance to transfer the nature as of B2W2).
Yeah, that's the gist of the process.
I think they made it 100% in BW2, but I'm not sure.
I took another look at the Shellder, it looks like this guy was trying to do the same thing because the Shellder already had Rock Blast.
Even though it's a female, this makes things so much simpler. The one thing Cloyster doesn't really have is bulk anyway, so I'll probably use it through the main story for now and breed it later when bank comes out and I'm far enough to grab the weights.
The only move Tyrantrum has in his learnset that can take advantage of his ability is Crunch, everything else has to bred on to him.
Not sure what the hell Gamefreak was thinking there.
It's actually easier than it sounds. Exploud can breed with Tyrantrum and it can be taught all three of the elemental fangs(which count as bites). The only tricky part is if you decide you want to have Poison Fang on top of any of those - you'd be looking at a breed chaining a bit. (which is easier now with X/Y's Mother inheritance change)
Let's be fair though, you're probably never actually going to be using a Tyrunt right out of the box anyway; you're just going to end up breeding it to get the stats you want.
I still need a Ralts that's suitable to be Gallarde, if anyone has one. What kind of nature/ability should he have anyway if I wanted to breed one?
Gallade? I remember having an Adamant, Justified Drain Punch/Psycho Cut last gen from one that I got off the Dream World. Don't know if you can get any hidden ability Ralts currently.
I wonder traded a random IV DrumJet Marill to a Japanese dude who them proceeded to "Nice!" me and spam me with random O-Powers. Now he keeps challenging me to a doubles battle.

I hate this especially when they ask to trade. I said no five times guy that sent me a weedle get the hint.
I have a podcast now. It's about video games and anime!Find it here.
Loads of 5-IV Sassy Larvitars with Dragon Dance/Stealth Rock/Pursuit/Outrage
5-IV male Timid Eevees (any ability)
Some awkward 5-IV female Eevees that have both Attack and Special Attack
5-IV male Jolly Regenerator Mienfoo with Knock Off/Baton Pass/Low Kick/Feint
5-IV male Adamant Cursed Body Shuppet with DB/Disable/Confuse Ray/Gunk Shot
5-IV Timid Tentacool with Rapid Spin/Knock Off
5-IV Adamant Intimidate Mawile
And for 4-IVs...
female Overgrow Bulbasaur
Timid Compound Eyes Joltik
Timid Drought Vulpix
Adamant Quick Feet Shroomish
female Jolly Swift Swim Magikarp
male Adamant Huge Power Marill with Belly Drum/Aqua Jet
Timid Flame Body Larvesta
Impish Immunity Gligar
Modest Gooey Goomy
Is any of that useful to you?
@Wyvern would you be willing to send a Destiny bond Shuppet and a Immunity Gligar my way? I have Jolly Infiltrator Zubats, Mild Deinos, Adamant Axews/Arons, Jolly Aerodactyls if those interest you.
Okay, breeding's starting to piss me off again. Whose idea was it to make certain Pokemon have radically unbalanced gender ratios? I'd already have a 5 IV Squirtle with Rain Dish if there wasn't only a 12% chance of Squirtles being born female. I'm really starting to wonder if bothering with breeding is going to end up being much more trouble than it's worth.
Also, screw having to fill the Pokedex to get the Egg Charm. Give me that shit, Sycamore!

Sure, I'll try my luck! Just added you.
That's me! (named after my upcoming daughter)
Edit: Just refreshed the page, lol. I'll wait for you to finish.
You may not use her, but she can kickstart a breeding project for ya maybe.
Thank you!
Haha, will do. I'm not sure on the IVs of that Larvesta, but it probably has 2 or 3 maxed!
Right-o! Well I just added you anyway @Romantic Undead before I saw that, so feel free to add me back!
Putting together a Hawlucha and a flying gem/unburden/acrobatics set makes my mouth water.

Adamant will increase Attack at the cost of Special Attack.
So, I'm sorry I didn't manage to actually make a gym team. But I'd love to challenge some time.
If it's acting as the female, yes.
