Would I be safe with a trained Rhyperior, or does it plain suck?

It has a niche in UU, if it helps. It also packs a punch, and is potentially powerful, but there are better pokés out there.

Update just hit, go to system stuff and do a system update to get it. Adds Miiverse and NNID integration.

Note that if you have an existing NNID on WiiU make sure to use the option to sign into that one or your 3DS and WiiU accounts will forever be separate!!!

So Prankster Klefki with Thunder Wave/Swagger/Foul Play/Substitue is the most INFURIATING THING TO FIGHT IN THE WORLD. Like, do you win? I don't know, flip a fucking coin.

Yeah, there are some pretty obnoxious hax teams running around on the wifi battles right now. Every time I see a Togekiss or a Klefki I sigh a little.

I find that my Hydration Wall Goodra serves as a decent check most of the time. Rain on the field means that she won't get paralyzed, Klefki and Togekiss both rarely carry fairy moves (and when they do, they still don't hit Goodra all that hard), she can return the favor with 100% accurate Thunders (with a decent chance to paralyze), and can Rest off any damage.

Hydration Goodra counters parahax Togekiss like a champ. Vs. Klefki she can still lose if I get super unlucky, but Rest and Thunder paralysis can definitely turn the tables pretty quickly.

I believe I have a Piloswine Safari zone, I could probably get a Thick Fat Female. In fact I can also provide you with a 25\31\31\10\31\31 Adamant Thick Fat male with Icicle Crash if you want to do me a favor and breed me up one or two good ones in the process. I just haven't had a chance to get around to piggy pig breeding.

Deal! I have a few 5/5/5/x/5/5 studs in the ground group so it shouldn't take too long at all.

ETA: Though it may take a wee bit longer due to the need to breed on egg moves. Sigh.

That female appears to be 31\31\12\17\26\31 so they should complement eachother nicely towards making a good one.

Has anyone else tried doing anything with Red Card? I've put one on my Escavalier, and the results are often hilarious. It's really satisfying to have an Outraging Garchomp hit Escavalier, deal piddly damage, and be forcibly swapped with a Tyranitar that falls to a single Megahorn attack.

It's cool. I'll just grab one off Rt 7, nbd. It's just a matter of getting all the moves on a female and then I can use my 5IV ground guys to bring it home

Yes, and it can be Recycled.

I thought about trying a Red Card Recycle set with Klefki. It would go something like Draining Kiss / Spikes / Recycle / Protect. (I'm not sure if Red Card activates through Protect. If not, I'd probably replace it with Reflect.) Or maybe Draining Kiss / Recycle / Reflect / Light Screen.

The idea is that once you have some entry hazards down -- probably done by another team member like Ferrothorn -- you switch this Klefki in and spam Recycle. If you manage to force out something that's weak to Draining Kiss, use that to recover HP. If you manage to force out something that doesn't have good coverage against Klefki, take the opportunity to throw down more spikes / screens.

It's pretty gimmicky, because as soon as you force out a sweeper that can boost, a will-o-wisp staller, or a rapid spinner/defogger, the party is pretty much over. Still, I imagine it would be hilarious against hyper offense teams.

Seems like paraflinch has fallen out of flavour, since electrics are now immune to t-wave. The offensive sets are likely to use Dazzling Gleam and Shadow Ball, with possibly an additional coverage move (Air Slash or Flamethrower) over Roost and Nasty Plot to round it off.

Don't know how Klefki can be stopped by Hydration+Rest+T-wave. Rain doesn't last infinitely, so either you have to use Rain Dance, which means you only have room for one damaging move, or Klefki can stall out the rain and do its thing again. Klefki also has priority subs to block any status.

Its Hydration+Rest+Thunder+Rain Dance (with a Damp Rock). If I'm not horrifically unlucky and get the Rain Dance off through SwagKey's paralysis, the paralysis goes away. Then I just keep smashing SwagKey with Thunder, which does neutral damage to it and possibly paralyses it. USUALLY Goodra snaps out of the confusion just in time to rest off all the damage that SwagKey's done to her, and can then proceed to Thunder spam again.

Like I said, it's more of a check than a perfect counter. There's a chance the paralysis procs and prevents my Rain Dance, and/or that confusion procs 3 times in a row and I never manage to break SwagKey's substitute with a Thunder. But as long as neither of those things happens, it can bring the SwagKey down.

ETA:Half of the reason I'm breeding these Mamoswines in the first place is so that I can have one on hand to Ice Shard/Earthquake haxy Togekiss/Klefkis respectively.

Nah, anything that learns Pick Up as its ability in its final/only stage of evolution would be fine. I just figure you can catch a bunnelby on route 2 so that's easiest.
