Looking for tabletop players in Northeast New Jersey

Hello there! I'm looking to start a casual gaming group in the Northeast Jersey area (I live in Jersey City). I can host at my house or we can find a neutral location, I was thinking maybe twice a month?

Looking to play some strategic competitive or co-op boardgames or even get into some real old-school tabletop gaming (I'm a noob in this area, but would love to try it out). At the very least this meet-up would be a good excuse to meet some cool people and have a few drinks.

I can only assume this post will die the wilderness of these forums (and maybe rightfully so), but it would be great to get a small group together. All the gaming groups I've found are either in NYC or far West or South NJ. Thanks!

You might want to check out Obsidian Portal, there's a pretty useful feature on that site that allows you to see if there are any groups in a given area. Good luck, hope you find a great group to play with.

Thanks Sakutian! I'll definitely check out Obsidian Portal, didn't find that site yet. I of course tried Meetup.com and rpgfinder and a bunch of other semi-nonfunctional sites to no avail! Greatly appreciated.
