Just a friendly reminder to anyone reading this that Natural Selection 2 is 90% off for the next 5 hours, still has a decently sized player base and is generally just a really good game.

Oh man, I loved the first Natural Selection.

Highly doubt my poor laptop can run it though. Go shotgun some skulks for me.

In Nether, I've leveled my guy a little bit (but you lose all that if you die), I've got a SWAT style door-breaking axe, a 9mm, and a 7.62mm sniper. Always put your very first skill point into melee so you can block because you'll be blocking a lot.

Ys Origin is actually really fun, too!

One of the best animes available on Steam.

My friend actually bought me Agarest at the beginning of the sale, but I'm not sure when I'll get to. Buying Skyrim and FF14 at the same time wasn't a great idea. I own the other two Ys, I forgot about that new one. Maybe it will show up cheaper next sale. I loved the bundles they did before, like $10 for a ton of games, Ys was in one.

There is much animes in this thread, and I approve not.

So I bring to you Stream 3 of Fyndir's Euro Truck Simulator 2 adventures, wherein we are now able to make deliveries up to 900 miles in length.

Will I roll the truck? Will it bounce back onto it's wheels if I do? Will I make any money?

I'm quite confident the only way to win this war against the forces of Steam Darkness (otherwise known as our benevolent Anime game gifting Overlord) is not to have them in your friends list. They've already shown they have very deep pockets and take delight in gifting people games from their deepest darkest secret desires.

We may win a battle here or there, but it is my belief that in the end, when the dust has settled and GabeN's wallet is at its most strained, we will all have become animes.

I just bought Dust but I guess I should ask: how is Dust?

the most fun I have had in that game was after getting the "repel water" rune for my villages in a map with both a water spring and a volcano. It took like three hours, but eventually I had a mountainous atoll, filled to the brim with water, with three villages living Under Da Sea in little magical bubbles

but it's a cool little God Game! I haven't actually finished it because the learning curve goes "shallow, shallow, shallow, steep, fairly steep, steep as balls, what the hell is happening to me", in that order, and I bought it along with a ton of other stuff that I haven't finished either during the Summer Sale.

no no, you're thinking From Dust

Dust is an action side scrolling brawler beat em up thing with beautiful visuals and a story/cast you would have created when you were in middle school

ah, see, and at first I thought he meant Dust Force, which is also a side-scroller

too many dust games in the world

    yeah

HOLY FUCK I USED TO PLAY THIS AS A KID

I had forgotten all about it. I must find it and play it again

I played the whole thing on a controller -- it's an XBL game ported across to Steam.

So this isn't /really/ a spoiler for Stanley Parable, but it's best to err on the side of caution with this game.
Did you guys get the Broom Closet ending? The Broom Closet ending is my favorite.
