Yeah, I don't see Purple winning this turn and I can't really do anything about it anyway aside rushing Algiers without completing the blue cure, or teleporting there with a black card after Daemonis researches a Cario for me, and Preda can clean Hong Kong next turn.

I'm thinking that El Skid should go for the purple cure. But that still leaves the board in this sort of situation for another full round.
But in the meantime, we should probably just eradicate blue this turn (clean, move, move, cure, deploy vaccine).
I mean, it's either that, or we try to eradicate yellow, but that won't occur until at least Daemonis's next turn, and it leaves blue completely open to resurface should/when the purple cards draw it out again.
Whereas, I could potentially focus yellow, walk down to Santiago and maybe eradicate yellow in 2 turns if I ignore Santiago's purple.
El skid has 2 cities with it. Next turn he could cure it if he don 't take away both cubes in algier and Istambul. (he should take at lest 3...)
The question is more, should Daemonis cure blue, or fly kinshasa and go treat 2 cubes at johannesburg?

I'd prefer that El Skid remove 4 purple cubes next turn rather than worry about the blues.
And even if he did go solely after the blues, he wouldn't be able to eradicate blue on his turn.
I was referring to purple as for your prior post. El skid has both algiers and istambul card, if he keep at least a purple cube in one of the two he could cure it next turn. He must treat at least 3 cubes or we will lose...
The question is, do Daemonis cure blue now, or we wait? If he cure now, we will have to pass an infection phase risking to lose. A mutation event will kill us now...

What are the odds we lose here? I feel like "playing it safe" in a mutations game is a recipe for disaster, so I'm willing to tolerate a 20% chance we lose if we can cure blue on this turn, especially since I can fix things next turn assuming we live.
