Kinsjasa and lima will get cities to 3 cubes while algeris is safe (and so should go first). the order of the threats is to be decided, keeping in mind that the first four get in the next 4 rounds and the last 2 in the fifth (with an unknown).
The only card that could kill us now is the last mutation event. do wewant to cure jellow or to eliminate 2 purple from johannesburg? (remember 13 rounds to cure 4 diseases...)
Or getting Daemonis to kinshasa (eliminating a jellow and giving him time enough to treat johannesburg in his turn before the card pop back if we place it in the last 2 places in the rearrangerd row) take the card, fly atlanta, cure and leave re-examined research to El-skid to cure Purple.
Both this and cure/move discrider have better result long term, but leave us subject to death due to mutation event (1 in 13 chance).
Clearing a purple wouldn't make difference (the last mutation event should put 2 cubes in 2 different cities), clearing both the ones in johannesburg than cure jellow his next turn will keep us 100% safe this round but leave us struggle more with yellow...

Will this work? How quick can El Skid cure Purple?
If we leave re-examined research to him, he could cure at his turn, any card would be good for it. I would provide a research centre in Theran for the effort, while discrider and Daemonis will clean 5 purple cubes before any will be put down, excluding the mutation event. The only way to be safe from the event is for you to clean Johannesburg. If the mutation event don't pop at the end of your turn, (1 on 13 chance) than the purple will be probably a minor problem at lest for a full round of plays.
Since no one will benefit much from a single movement you could clear one yellow too, since the next epidemic should be at least 2 and probably more turn away and johannesbug will probably come back again just before the next one...

Sooo what do people think? use Re-examined research to draw any card, walk over to Tehran and cure purple? I can't really see doing much else of use...
We've only 9 turn left, we must push for cures now. You cure Purple, jdark cure jellow I use my 2 turns to cure red last turn, between all the others find a way to give Jdark or discrider (Daemonis have only 1 turn left) 5 black.
