Alkas cracks his knuckles and uses a Biotic Charge, aiming to get behind the Flamer-toting vorcha. From there, he forms a ceramic omni-blade and dashes towards the confounded vorcha, aiming to slice open the fuel canister.
Alkas misses the main cylinder, but neatly punctures one of the auxiliaries, giving the carrier a nasty burn and nearly exploding part of the assembly. He howls, and scampers back.

Barraga cocked his head as the five vorcha came scampering in. "That's it?" he asked, reaching for the grenade dispenser on his armor, yanking his hand back as Alkas was suddenly in the middle of the kill zone. "How about a little heads' up?!" he shouted, bringing his rifle to bear instead, lining the sights up on the vorcha with the launcher. He hated having those pointed at him, he did.
"Hey kid!" he called out to Grunt. "If you didn't wear yourself out playing with those mercs, wanna see who gets more kills?" He didn't wait for an answer before he broke cover and sent a spray of fire down range.
He's taking a forceful approach, of course.

Shepard vanished in the confusion. Knife wouldn't do too much good against Vorcha. A sticky grenade on the other hand?

Malthea notes the one with the rocket. "We should probably get rid of the explosive happy one first" She disappears, unnoticed by anyone until she starts shooting at the back of the rocketeer's head.
The rocketeer snarls and rolls away from Barraga's fire; unfortunately, Malthea's blast catches his shoulder in the middle of his recovery. While Shepard's grenade finds its way to the middle of the trio of grunts, two of them manage to scrape it off the third and fling it away, leaving a section of wall distinctly the worse for the wear but the thugs unharmed.

Since everyone else was getting into the thick of things, Barraga decided it was time for him to join the party too, dropping his shoulder and charging straight into the developing scrum with a loud roar. "That wall had a family!" The two special weapons vorcha seemed to have picked up enough unfriendly attention, so he aimed himself straight at the closest of the other three, who'd had the close call with the sticky grenade, confronting the scrawny alien with vision of a half tonne of heavily armored warrior about to plow into him at top speed.
Geth, roll 4dF+5
So that's +3 for the forceful approach, +2 'cause he's using his Tank! stunt. I intended that vorcha to have a really bad day, but the sapient behind the dice seems to feel otherwise :P.
The hapless vorcha tries to dive to one side, but his foot gets caught on a bit of rubble, and he falls flat on his face. Or he would have fallen flat, if Barraga hadn't delivered the People's Shoulder right to his solar plexus. He goes flying, and smashes bloodily into that same wall.
The other two promptly return fire on Barraga, the little pitter-patter of Avengers on his armor. The rocketeer hastily blasts one off as well, since trying to hit Malthea with a rocket when she's right in front of him is stupid even for a vorcha. Flames don't have that problem, though, and she may get quite toasty.

If I understand how the stunting works, since Barraga's still tanking it up, he can continue invoking his stunt bonus for his forceful approaches.
*edit* and with those rolls, if you don't mind, I'll keep on going with what comes after.
"Ha! Right on your ass!" Barraga roared as the vorcha slid bonelessly down the wall. He twisted as the other two raised their rifles and opened fire, lifting his shoulder so that his pauldron shielded his head, trusting his shield to take the brunt, which left him staring straight down the barrel of the rocket launcher as the vorcha gave him a toothy grin and palmed the activation stud. "Bring it, you pyjack!" he snarled, dropping his head and launching into another charge, as the heavy round spat from the weapon.

The old krogan didn't even spare the other two vorcha a glance, despite the torrent of fire they were hosing him down with, his shields sparking and failing at the same moment both their heat clips reached capacity and their weapons went silent. He sprinted low to the ground, low enough that the crest of his head struck the incoming rocket below and to the side, just missing the impact detonator, deflecting it in a tumbling spiral right towards that poor, much abused wall.

Yeah, i just wasn't sure if you were gonna say something about the last roll. Guess not!
Alkas surveys the battlefield and decides to do a little bit of sabotage. Noticing that there are several potholes, not to mention a large amount of dust kicked up from the rocket blast, he decides to leave a little surprise. Dashing through the cloud of dust, he drops an anti-personnel mine in a pothole, sneakily.

@Fencingsax@Captain Carrot I didn't want to make it seem like I was trying to back set GM so I was keeping quiet after my last post. I'll point out to FencingSax, that failing that defense against the flamer by 3 means Malthea just incurred 3 stress point, but the way FateAccelerated works, you're narrating how that resolves (as opposed to the GM doing so which is more typical), and can reduce the amount of stress actually incurred by creating disadvantages. I think the example in the rulebook is 'spraining an ankle.' So fer example, that nasty fireblast has left Malthea temporarily blinded in the right eye, which gives her an attribute that enemies can try and exploit until she gets medical treatment or something during some down time.

Okay, I guess I'm still getting into the whole FATE thing.
Malthea tries to get out of the way, but the whole "wall of flames" thing is like a wall. of flames. Anyway, she takes the hit as she leaps through the incendiary blast. Her hearing is...mostly gone, and she's pretty singed up, but Malthea is definitely still in the fight. Fortunately, the Vorcha couldn't see through the flames, so he doesn't notice the cloaked Asari, until she puts more talon shots in the back of his head.

To keep things rolling, I'm going to have Barraga keep on doing what he does best.
Hide in a ditch.
The vorcha might've had an expectation about how the next few moments of his life would play out - shooting a rocket straight at the big, fat krogan running right at him. No way he could miss, and seeing the crackle of power in the air as the sustained fire of his comrades brought the hapless krogan's shields down, no chance even the alien's vaunted toughness could save him.
He might've had time to register shock and disbelief as the krogan deflected the hi-ex rocket off his head, in the moment before the armored warrior plowed into him with the kinetic force of a lithobraking aircar-
Geth, roll 4dF+5 for Krogan Shoulder Check (Forceful, + Tank!)
The blast leaves a sizeable hole in the ground; Shepard's team has been alerted to it, but the vorcha aren't smart enough to figure it out, at least not when they're focusing on other things.
The flamethrowing vorcha is caught completely by surprise, and Malthea's haymaker leaves him bleeding from the ears, nose, and mouth.
"Rargh!" he growls in frustration. "Get to doctor!"
Barraga's deflection looked badass as hell, but it also bled off a fair amount of his kinetic energy, and while the rocketeer was thrown back by his ram, the vorcha does manage to bring the launcher up from his prone position.

Shepard shook her head. If things kept up like this, it might ruin her reputation as the deadliest thing the alliance had produced.
The flamethrower Vorcha looked distracted. Knives weren't much good against a Vorcha. But the flamethrower pack was lowest bidder. Knife would work wonders there.
On second thought, the knife might get ruined if the whole shebang explodes. A bullet would toast him nicely, though - and does. The assembly bursts apart violently, and the other vorcha frantically scramble out of the way. The attackers are now significantly the worse for the wear, and Shepard's squad is almost untouched.
Mordin, meanwhile, is still monitoring the cure dispersal; he doesn't seem to be doing much, but appearances can be deceiving.

The bullets trace a jagged line over the rocket-toting vorcha's body, and he falls to the ground, twitching. The two remaining vorcha start frantically spraying the room with bullets, one ricocheting off a panel next to Mordin.
"Must keep vorcha from damaging machinery," he calls out, flipping two switches.

The vorcha must've been half asari, because the way they were spraying bullets, direct intervention from the goddess seemed like the only way they'd actually hit something smaller than the broadside of a dreadnaught, or a big angry krogan.
His shields flickered as rounds peppered him as he stomped closer to the last two vorcha, roaring and slamming his fists together. Barraga had seen the turian drop something into one of the holes, and given the warning he'd shouted out, it probably wouldn't be much for the vorcha if they got too close! "Why don't you try that again!" he snarled, closing on them, trying to keep their attention focused on him, and not that he was trying to herd them to a specific spot.

Malthea is trying to recover a little from the face full of fire. But even she knows that a bunch of mercs randomly spraying can hit anyone, no matter how good. Malthea heads to grab some refreshment before she gets some sleep. She heads for the mess, hoping for something slightly better than base sustenance to revive her a little.
"Well, well, what can I do ya for?" an unshaven, apron-clad man asks. From what Malthea can see, the area seems to be well-stocked, with one large fridge and freezer immediately apparent, and a veritable array of cookware. "Name's Gardner. And I got dextro food, don't you worry."
"What? Oh, heh, yeah, forgot which of you folks can't eat people food. You want something to bring back to the, er, squad?" He coughs awkwardly; it's possible that this isn't the real reason.

Malthea just looks at him for a second. Then she says "Hm. I just want something to eat before I head to my bunk. Rescuing a supposed expert merc and saving a station from an epidemiological weapon takes a lot out of you."
If any of the squad are at the mess, I shrug and get some extra rolls or something for them.
