I didn't buy or gift nearly as much as I wanted to this sale. Most of this was due to budget issues at home (hospitals want to get paid) which I hope will be somewhat rectified within a year.

I made 3 bucks and change from selling Snow Globe cards I earned purely from voting and didn't buy anything because my gamebank gave me the will power to wait for specific games that never hit the price-point I needed. I win this round Newell!
Having regrets not grabbing Enemy Within at 10 bucks, now I'm lamenting the extra 5 bucks. How long is it?
Like Civ 5 expansions it is seamlessly woven into the main campaign. So you'll still do the alien base assault, etc. etc., but now you'll have to deal with Exalt missions as they siphon off funds and other disruptive activities. Also, you collect meld during abduction missions which is the special resource for gene and mech modding your soldiers--but if you don't collect them fast enough (or just kill all the aliens) they are locked down. So if you play it ultra safe you risk losing out on the meld for the level. There are other minor tweaks and gap fillers that were issues in the basic game.
Basically I'm loving it. So uhh...sorry that doesn't help your wallet.
I have globes 1, 6, 7, 8, and 10, and no plans to actually level up my badge. Will trade for Brutal Legend, Rogue Legacy, or Portal 2 cards.
I've got Glados and Underground cards for Portal 2, just need globe 1, invite inbound.

There's a new free to play Steam game called "Try to purchase a globe card" The object of the game is to hit refresh on the first page of any globe card in the market and then click Purchase followed by a precision checkbox strike and a confirmation click before any of the cards are already purchased. I suck at this game. I will not admit to anyone how long I played this game today to finish out a set of cards.
