I think Manos and Werewolf are the two I don't particularly mind them re-showing as they are always a good time. I get super duper sick of Pod People though - it's hilarious the first couple times then gets super old :P Space Mutiny is still pretty good though. I honestly don't even like Mitchell that much except for the between scenes with the cast.

I bought the 20th anniversary set awhile back and I do really love Laserblast on there too (complete with gratuitous scene of the main villain shooting a Star Wars billboard, as if this shit movie was better than Star Wars :D)

    Yeah, Laserblast is great.

Season 7 overall is really good (if short). The host segments are kinda a mixed bag, but the movie riffing is solid all the way through.

I think season 9 is my favorite. They were just firing on all cylinders the whole time, so many classics.

One of these days I'm going to go back and marathon all the Gamera eps.

One of my favorite memories was that weekend in ... high school? ... when they did a "Candid Gamera" marathon.

    Gamera is really neat!
    Gamera is made of meat!
    We all love him,
    Ga-me-ra!

He is also friend to children.

This is something that is probably more of interest to completists, but it's pretty huge - the Kickstarter reward released today for contributing to the reboot is the first 2 KTMA "Season 0" episodes - Invaders from the Deep and Revenge of the Mysterions from Mars. Neither of these episodes had ever been released in fan trading, so this is quite a reward for hardcore fans.

There's now only one episode (the 3rd KTMA episode) that's hasn't had a release in some form.

That is neat...though the KTMA error is a bit rough to actually watch...

Yeah even season 1 is a bit cringeworthy in anything except a historical interest context.

Yeah even season 1 is a bit cringeworthy in anything except a historical interest context.

I don't own season 1 for that reason. It's obvious that they were still figuring out what was actually funny which made the early stuff more of an endurance test than anything fun to watch.

I would also agree season 9 is probably their most consistent with season 8 a close 2nd.

Edit: One thing I found kind of interesting about the list is how little Comedy Central-era Mike appears at the top - zilch in the top 10, only 1 episode in the top 20, and only 4 in the top 40. Every other Mike episode in that stretch is SciFi Channel.

I was always surprised they didn't make a joke comparing that guy to the musician guy from the Muppets (forget the name, but he had the wild red hair). The voices are practically identical.

Ugh. I used to heavily lust for Felicia Day, but ever since she started Geek and Sundry, I feel like she's become so annoying and bobbleheaded. She's very aware of how much the nerds have put her on a pedestal.
