[The Resistance: Avalon (Game 2)]: Quest 5 is Over, and Thus Ends Our Game.
You're Oberon? That is... Unexpected. I was right though, and while it is technically possible to be kaneski davoid discrider since Oberon could argue against including his teammates, jdarksun rhan discrider is now far more likely

I don't know about this. I've just been randomly guessing the entire time.
Mission 3? Phyphor voting himself in? Totally approved that because I thought Phyphor was evil. Then I approved JDark's because I had no better idea.
Mission 4? I just dumped all the dodgy people in a single team.
So you can keep this team if you want I guess, but the way I see it, if I'm right you lose because Merlin gets his head caved in, and if I'm wrong then you lose because you have Kaneski on the team.
So do whatever you want.
So, I've never played a game with Percival in it. Is there anything that makes it a bad idea to have him reveal and fill the 4th spot with our current group?
If we know Percival is in the group, then we have only 3 suspects should the mission fail rather than the usual 4, and should it succeed.. well, we win? Whereas if we pick 4 new people, if it fails, we have to deal with 4 people that might be spies.
Seems like win-win either way, unless I'm missing something.
Belies a prompting of Percival.
No-one reads the OP. Either Percival or Merlin who gets "known by Percival" in his role PM.
I say we vote this down, and keep the original team + inksplat.
Obviously I'd be down for that, but I voted Aye on this one (can we change votes? Since it's not immediate and simultaneous like irl?) because people seemed to not want to win this 3-0, and I'd sort of given up on getting out of this unscathed. And at least with this group we'll know who the spy is.
But, if we can switch votes then I'll switch to Nay if this is the consensus.
Wait. So, you rejected the last team because it had a switched member, and now you're pushing a team with a switched member?
Sorry, not biting on that. The last team was rejected specifically to send the Team 2 team, but then you totally went against that, while claiming to be bored--which is just going to cause another drawn out vote and another rejection.
Nope.
I don't think it even matters.
Should JDark come back bad, we could run with the original team + JDark and still win in mission 4, if we're assuming mission 2 team is clean.
That was my argument last vote, and jdarksun is one of the people who obviously disagreed. But so did 4 others. So, obviously it mattered then, why not this time? Why say you're bored and then intentionally prolong the game?
That's why I'm voting nay, because he's acting in complete opposition to what he's saying.
If you had been up and proposed a team with you switched for me, then fine, you agreed with my own thoughts last vote so it's consistent.
This is not consistent.
This is silly reasoning. Either you agree with 3 + someone else, or you don't.
And you're more likely to move from disagreement to agreement because a knight should start in the not trusting category.
But instead you passed the clean mission and then threatened to block the unclean one.
Right on the tail of Phyphor pointing out that one of you and davoid are evil, you put not one but both of you on thr mission. That the Minions need two bad guys to fail.
No way.
Except it wasn't just us two. That part of the list also had Phyphor and should have had discrider. So yes, I picked 2 out of the 4 remaining people, which I had to do if disqualifying you and Rhan9.
Unless I can call in a ringer from outside the thread?
You manage to flip the coin and pick 2 of the three remaining good players.
Well, strictly speaking we know that one of (kenaski, rhan) is a spy
We also know that at least one of (sega, phobos, kaneski, jdark) is a spy
Corollary, there is at most one spy in (phyphor, inksplat, davoid) unless kaneski is evil
Kaneski is a spy: davoid is a spy
Kaneski is good: rhan is a spy
You're forgetting discrider in any of those categories, but yeah, basically.
Awfully eager to help Phyphor correct his mistakes and put the last evil back on the list.
I'm totally with the Phyphor on this one. Saves me largely the same analysis. Would've posted, but... 44 degree heat and I do not mix.
I'm not.
I say we switch Phyphor off the team and put Davoid on.
Davoid's just as confirmed than Phyphor, that is not at all, but at least Davoid's not playing like I would if I were evil and felt like removing the social elements from the game.
Wait, what? How is Phyphor removing the social elements from the game? He's been doing most of the talking with you for a damn good while.
I was pretty confident you were loyal up until the past couple days, but you're pretty quickly dissolving that with accusations that make absolutely zero sense.
Perfectly redundant time period added there.
The only reason you added that you care to share that you thought me loyal until the past couple of days is because you're covering the fact that you never thought I was loyal.
Also, most other players have betrayed slight shows of trust, or at least not permanent distrust, in me.
Phyphor dropped me off his list.
SeGaTai believed only 2 of 3 evils voted for my mission.
Davoid voted for my mission.
All of which are easily forged but still corroborate.
Kaneski and Professor Phobos haven't done anything so blatant, but Kaneski's been flighty and PP inactive.
I'm not...inactive. I just have trouble following the discourse and coming up with meaningful contribution.
I have the same problem in-person games. I am terrible at this game. Like every fucking time I am Merlin, everyone knows. So I keep my mouth shut in the hopes no one susses out that I'm Merlin, while quietly backing the plays of other players who are coincidentally hitting on the right combination.
I try to use the same strategy when I'm merlin as I am when I am a spy: which is just convince myself I am a blue player, just a regular blue player (even while throwing the odd red card). Works at tables.

Love you too jdark
This will go through, even though I'll Nay it.
Good thing InkSplat is Merlin and is going to die a horribly nasty death.
Because AMBUSH!
I would've made this whole graphic and thing but I need sleep, so just imagine INKSPLAT IS MERLIN written outside a castle in rocks.
I have absolutely no idea who the other minions are.
you all my bros

Ayes: SeGaTai, Professor Phobos, Phyphor, InkSplat, Davoid
Nays: Kaneski, jdarksun, Rhan9, discrider
@Phyphor, @Kaneski, @Professor Phobos, @InkSplat, and @SeGaTai need to send me Success/Fail PMs.
Knights of Camelot, Gather round: @SeGaTai, @Professor Phobos, @Kaneski, @Phyphor, @jdarksun, @InkSplat, @Rhan9, @Davoid, @discrider
Anybody wanna weigh in on who they think is Merlin?
Also, do you want me to regale you in the ways Inksplat is Merlin?
See, I told you his logic was just a facade. Can't even count.
(<3 you Phyphor. Please keep researching for me)
