Another deck I'm never gonna make but I liked all the ways for white to semi-safely build life and also the couple ways it has to turn that life into counters so I made this
You know a deck idea is truly bloated when you try to make everything in it a 3-of just to have room to stuff it all in and still have land

All goldfishing this deck has really shown me is that Turn 3 Brimaz followed by Turn 4 Eidolon bestow is fucking disgusting and I should just make a deck that is 4 of each of those and then 52 lands
Take out sheep, put in spirit of the labyrinth. Ethereal armor makes Spirit get out of hand quickly.
You need a spot for a one drop, put in Soldier of the Pantheon
You need countless battles to be a 4-of
My roommate has made a mono white aggro deck and its crazy good. He is hoping nobody figures it out, but if it becomes popular he'll stop playing it and I can start winning again
I tried doing the same but white green around voracious wurm and it didnt workout. Lifegain to counters is clunky and way too dependent on the stars aligning.
Instead id rather focus on pure counter gain vis a vis white green with the journey cards.

well the original idea was white blue and sunbond on sage of hours I just had a lot of white creatures so I made a white only version first
which led to the predictable lesson of "an incredible mythic with an incredible rare is way stronger than a gimmick buff"

my two non-red devotion ideas are either in some red aggro deck with a bunch of one drops, everflame eidolon, titan's strength, rubblebelt maaka
or alongside boros reckoner with a ton of cheap burn, spite of mogis, trying to curve into dictate of the twin gods

yeah, you got it, mana dorks are like llanowar elves, cheap creatures that tap for mana
as is I'd say def more creatures, if you wanna keep your big boys then elves and such for sure would be a good addition
cause right now you've got very few options until turn 4/5, what with only 3 creatures at 1cmc, 3 creatures at 2cmc, and a bunch of enchantments/instants/artifacts that are cheap but depend on you having one of those 6 creatures in play

Solidarity of Heroes seems pretty narrow in that build - it's only ever going to do anything after an Ordeal or after you've gotten your one Ajani going. There aren't any heroic creatures to generate their own counters, and Heroes' Bane can double his own.
The deck is sort of going in a lot of different directions. If you're trying to ramp into a big Heroes' Bane to win, try some mana elves, Nythos and maybe Nylea to make sure he can trample over chump blockers, and some Mending Touch/Ranger's Guile to protect him from removal. If you're trying to make Ordeals work, you'll need a lot more one-drops (maybe Gladecover Scout).
