Not sure if my wife can handle this show at times. She got really upset when the alien kid shot and killed his sister after the immortality field wore off.
I knew that was coming as soon as we saw it happen the first time, but that was still really jarring and dark.
Well comon...it was very bad parenting that killed that kid, not a gun.

I thought that was THE standout joke of the episode, maybe even the season
the throwaway nature of it was perfect

Or that you are not from this dimension, and the morty from this dimension is in a shallow grave in the backyard...
I think Beth wouldnt care about Rick she'd justify it somehow but I 100% believe she'd all but abandon Morty. Jerry to his credit probably wouldnt care because he was ultimately right about Rick and he does care about his kids.
