Can only play one Civ 5 scenario with mods, can't do anything else with them; Please help

I just downloaded a bunch of mods of steam to use for Civilization 5, including maps and leaders; The problem is the only thing I can do is play one scenario, the scenario has the custom leaders just it's just that it's not the map I want to play. Does anyone know what I should do?

It's entirely possible the scenario loads a specific map that it can only be used on, or a 2 or more mods are not playing well together. Which mods are you trying to run?
