Backing up DVDs in Vista?

Every now and then I go out and buy a few new hard drives, then backup all my DVDs to ISOs (easier to play via my media center by mounting ISOs). Last time I did this, I was using XP, and used AnyDVD w/ Clone DVD. Now all my PCs are running Vista.
Anybody know the best program(s) to use for this task in Vista? Do the Slysoft products still work?
