Are PA Forum accounts and PA acounts the same? or different??

I've had a PA Forum account for a little while now, but since I found out about the PA Club I tried to sign up. the PA website wont accept my details, keeps telling me I have used the wrong password (I've reset it once already) and I cant create a new account either. Can anyone help or give me some ideas? there doesn't seem to be any kind of PA email support. which is strange because I'm sure I've seen an email support page before.
