I believe at the start of the tread someone posted a video where some guy and girl try to go hunting in chernobyl. Their tour guide told them that everyone that helped in the disaster died except for some firemen and the doctors, simply because they were extreme alchoholics.
Personally I wouldn't want a doctor smelling of booze to be working on me.
