I wish they snapped on the front like the old 360 ones did. We still have ours from Eternal Sonata, Ace Combat 6, and a Tom Clancy one that is apparently super rare anymore that we switch out on occasion.
We've got another Tiny Drop this week because of traveling for PSX.
Boss!, PS Vita — Digital
Flyhunter Origins, PS Vita — Digital
Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series, Episode One, PS3 — Digital
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams — Director’s Cut, PS4 — Digital
Juju, PS3 — Digital
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, PS4 — Digital
Rock Boshers DX: Director’s Cut, PS4, PS Vita — Digital (Cross Buy)
Scourge: Outbreak, PS3 — Digital
Suikoden II, PSone Classic — Digital
Tennis in the Face, PS4 — Digital
Suikoden 2 could very well be the only thing this week and it would still be a fantastic fucking week.

Suikoden was a PS one classic, but never available on the Vita without transferring from ps3. Are they just making it available that way this week without putting it in the drop?
Drive Club is 34.99 on Amazon today. If you've blown the game off from all the problems they had at launch it's really come a long way and is probably the most amazing looking game to come out this generation. They just patched in the promised weather effects today to add to a Photo Mode they added a few weeks ago and the game is producing some of the astounding graphics ever seen. Props to the team at Evolution for delivering after a shaky start.
I only just ordered it, silly! I'm just shilling for it since I've been following it since it was announced and it looks really great and is cheap now.
From what I've gathered on GAF and other sites it seems more like a PGR type racer.
How arcady are we talking? Any games you'd compare it to in terms of gameplay?
A smidge less arcady than Project Gotham Racing

Not entirely related but I have no idea where to post this.
Since october, I've been trying to get my kids sub account to sign in on my playstation 4 without success. Ever single time I would try, I would get an message saying that the master account has to agreed/approve the therm of services/licenses, etc. Obviously, I had done that since I was able to log in with my master account just fine.
What was worst is that I had no issue loging their sub account on my PS3 or login in on sony's website.
I've spend a lot of time with support on this and I can tell you I've been through a lot of incompete people, including some supervisor. Just so you know, I work in the IT field. I'm an engineer. I know a thing or two about software, troubleshooting, etc. Sony kept saying the issue were about my PS4 since it was the only place where I could not log in to. They had me reset/initialized my PS4 multiple time, including the reinstallation of my OS. Deleting my Ps4 from my account and re activate, etc. we went through parental controls and settings on the PS4 without results. They just refused to escalate my case even if some people mentionned about a tier 3 support and other manager telling me this didn't exist.
Last night, I had it, My kids were going to hate me for losing all their trophee progression but I decided to create them new emails and thus, new sub accounts. Amazingly, I had absolutely no issues to log them in to my PS4, showing me all along that the issue was with the accounts and not my PS4. Then I go on the website to complete their sub account configuration, adding password recovering question and change their language.
Immediately after thoses changes, Their new account would refuse to sign in on the PS4. Intrigued, I reverted the changes and its working again. After some tests, it seems changing their language preferences on their account was the culprid. My PS4 is set to English but I changed their account setting for the website un french (our primary language).
Went back to their old account, change the language to english and BINGO, their account can log in just fine on my PS4.
This is for sure a bug. Would love to submitt it to Sony but I cannot find a way to do so online and I do not trust the clowns over at support to properly submitt the issue.
Anyway, Their error message was bogus. If you have the same issues, please check the language setting of your sub account on sony's website, make sure it matches english (or possible the PS4 language setting) and it should work. Wish I had tried that earlier. Could not find this solution online (although a lot of people had the same issues without resolution from Sony Support).
Ok, venting off. Now I need to send my 2 months old DS4 blue for repair because my triggers are not working anymore... Wish me luck.
Disappointed in Secret Panchos because I haven't been able to play it split-screen, and thus haven't played it at all. It requires everybody to have an online PSN profile for some dumb reason.
I just wanna play! Don't make people who are over for just an hour or so need an account on my machine!

You can create Guest accounts with the New User option. Pain in the ass, but that's one solution. I set up two "dummy" accounts on my PS4 for the purpose of multi signin (my GF has an account on there, too, and does not care who uses it).
Dummy accounts do not even need valid email addresses. As long as it points to a valid email service, you can make xxxJoshtemp1(at)gmail.com, with first name g, last name g, city g, (state and area code need to be valid), etc

I know about sub accounts but I shouldn't have to do that. Online-only character storage is ridiculous.

Wish they had the Disgea plates for sale, I could really go for the white Prinny one.

"I think I can comment on this because I used to live above the Baby Doll Lounge, a topless bar that was once frequented by bikers in lower Manhattan."

Tell me about it. When I told my boys that PvZ Garden warfare was free this weekend and I would download it for them. What a disapointment to see that they cannot even play the game since it require online all the time (even for local split screen). Guest account won't work. Even just to play the game, the PSN account needs to create an origin account (does that automatically) but for my kids, Ea decided they were too young (even if they advertise the game as 7+ years old).
Had to find a way around it so I could allow my kids to play the game with their PSN sub account.
Online-only bullshit is what turned me off getting an XB1 at first, Sony should be cracking the hell down on this.
Well, that was always Sony's thing on it, though.
The SYSTEM wasn't, but the devs could make the games do whatever the hell they liked. And that's why all these big dev games always have all this online bullshit, camera pullout, woah you're playing with the world stuff because it means to play the single player game, you need to be connected.
Like Destiny. You have to have an internet connection to play the game, even if you want to do "single player." Is that Sony's fault or is it Activision/Bungie's?
You want to bitch to someone, bitch to the game makers and publishers.
I'm pretty sure re: the XB1 he's talking about the original announcement, when Microsoft was trying to drag consoles into the future and had planned to have the XB1 require an always on internet connection all the time. They were basically trying to make XB1 a Steam-like platform with their original vision. They just had to change it due to the public reaction.

Sony are the ones letting them (Activision/Bungie) do this to their (Sony's) customers.
P.S. I don't have a problem with an MMO shooter requiring an internet connection. I'm just using your example.
The original XB1 thing sounded pretty awesome if you live any place with decent, reliable internet. My console checks in once a day and I can play my friends' games while they're not playing them? Sign me up! Screw having to drive across town to loan someone a disc, or not being able to share at all because most of my gaming friends live in a different time zone and/or different country.
Facebook page listed the new Week 2 Holiday sale, but sadly, the prices aren't live. Or at least they aren't for me.
Anyways, Blue Estate for PS4 is on sale for 4 bucks. I remember being interested in it, but never trying it or seeing anything other than posts on here. Is it worth it?
If a fundamental part of your game is that it's only playable online, and there's no couch deathmatch/co-op, then fine. I obviously need to connect to the internet for that.
But these games that were just pointed out in this thread do have a mode that shouldn't require an internet connection or sub accounts. And it's bullshit that I'm expected to jump through hoops to get those accounts online just to play a game with some friends.
And here is the kicker. If you try to sign in with an offline account in Secret Ponchos, it checks your "online credentials" or whatever and then goes "nope you need an online account", then backing out just causes it to check online again, sticking you in an infinite loop until you go to the home screen and close the game from there. It's ridiculous!

Yissss! THat game is awesome, but I didn't really like playing it on the WiiU gamepad. Super stoked! Also Killing Floor 2? Unf!
You can do Garden Defense single player but it's real dang hard. You'll have to go through a lot of potted oplants.

Mostly agree. I could see myself picking it up at $10, but I'd rather play the free version I was promised, and then throw money at it if it's good.
