I think that it will make the whole trading at PAX way easier when we have a load more pins.
I would still wear some pins on my lanyard to mark myself as a pinner though... maybe even some big lanyard pin that stands out more.

OHHHH cool Idea, there could bea version of the bag that comes with a pin that you wear on your lanyard that shows that you are a bag carrier and have more pins in
you trade bag.
I got mine shipped to the US - Dad's wife lives over there and is coming over in 5 days time.
But yeh shipping is low cost, especially if you share the load. If you are putting in an order, I would probably grab a 2nd one if they arent too sucky (TBC)

The merch booth usually opens before the show does - I think I saw in the other thread they started selling a little before 9, so it took a little more than an hour and a half
The Order 1886 pin looks to be one of the toughest. Guys at the booth have said they will be handing out the pin at random times, due to it being "super limited" (same answer I hear from every vendor), so keep trying!

They need to up the minimum on vendor pins at PAX. This is getting ridiculous.
I don't believe that many of them are super limited, it's just a silly thing people get told to say so they make their pin seem that much more exclusive.
Well don't we already know there's a 1000qty minimum order? This hasn't been awfully limited in the past, unless there's been a sudden explosion of new collectors
Ugh, that's lame. I also didn't have a chance at the Passport (the Next Level pin) challenge because they ran out of the paper passports *facepalm*. This was before 11a, I believe, on the first day. I'll have to try again tomorrow morning, but it didn't make me hopeful for that pin.
The "random times" thing is not correct. From what I learned. It is as such: Once you finish the demo, you get a shirt. 1 in ever 4 shirts has a gold logo on it instead of a white logo. Should you get the gold shirt, you get the pin. In essence, 1 in every 4 persons get the pin.
What I did, and what I suggest many do, is trying your luck a bunch of times, and if that doesn't work, try and tell the guys there you've been playing forever and see if they can help you out.

As the community and hobby grows this will decrease, all we can do is spread the word of the community talk about pins more and even intervene subtly if you are feel pin-triotic.
I wouldn't worry about those types of people, you'll find even new collectors aren't really that stupid and those types trying to scam are probably just eBay scavengers.
They'll waste most their time attempting stuff like that instead of trying to acquire new pins, so if we all just ignore them, it's probably better off Hell those guys existed at PAX Aus and people barely knew what the heck the pins were, still people had the sense to know 2-for-1 trades were unlikely to be worthwhile.

I like the idea, seriously considering one, you can flash your pins and carry a lot without all the pins clanking about on your neck.
Shipping to aus is ~$17, there is a discount for multiple but then you probably negate that having to reship them in aus.
