@Heenato is the Little Mac of the tournament, and I shall be rooting for him from the great boxing ring in the sky where the soda is plentiful and my pecs the bounciest.
Alternatively you could haunt him from beyond the grave with one-liners poking fun at his failures because your avatar looks kind of like Nappa.
Also @an_alt awarded me Papa and Yo as my prize. Thanks!
They also have COD:Ghosts at 50%? That's a first...

I'm kind of amazed that I've managed to stay unspoiled on the ending of ME3 at this point. I played Mass Effect 1 and 2, but I want to replay ME2 because I lost two of my crew at the end, plus I ended up getting all the DLC about a year later and I want to experience that first.
I still stand by my assertion that, the very end of ME3 aside, the ME series, taken as a whole, is probably one of the best video games in the history of video games. Like top 10 easily.
And if you view every thread closed in ME3 as the actual ending and not get so hung up on the final few minutes (that are granted, a lot more bearable now with the ending patch), even the ending isn't such a big deal.
EDIT: ME3 is probably one of the best games in history, on it's own merits, however I'll grant it requires too much investment in the form of needing to have experienced at least ME2 in order to fully enjoy it and the events.
1) Fight through ME3 up to the closing minutes.
2) Reload game prior to point of no return.
3) Begin Citadel DLC and pretend it's the epilogue.
4) ???
5) "The best."
This is headcanon for me and arguments to the contrary come from a world that I do not understand.

Thank you very much @an_alt for Strider!
I just realized now I have Sonic (Generations), Strider and Castle of Illusion installed on my PC, remakes of/homages to the first 3 Mega Drive/Genesis games I owned.
I feel old and young at the same time.
"Ok now?"
Brutal J grunted as he strained, the vein in his forehead thumping.
"Not ye..."
Heenato took the grunt as a yes and had stabbed Brutal J in the heart.
I love that @Brutal J died almost exactly the same way that Harry Houdini did. Well played, @akajaybay!

Course, citadel costs more than all 3 games put together.

Has anyone played the naruto fighting game? I kind of want to play a fighting game but I only have two thumbs so I'm not sure I'd be able to pull off any combos. Does naruto require me to have multiple thumbs for do combos?

How do I search for a certain tag? I want to see what board games are available on Steam and can't find a way to just type a thing in and see how many, if any, games have been tagged with that thing.
Just type whatever you want into the steam search. It wont give you a spate tag search but it should show all the tag results in your search.
I.e. searching for "metroidvania" should bring up all the games tagged as such.
Braniac 8 gave me a copy of Medal of Honor. I imagine him, sitting up there on his ivory column above the clouds, looking down at all of us mortals caught up in our day to day follies. How amusing it must be to see us reveling in his gifts, which are to him nothing more than tawdry play-things.
Someone may have impulsively bought a 4-pack. That someone may have needed a way to remove the burden of an extra key. Geth is the alleviator of burdens.

Pool Nation is easily worth $6 or local equivalent by itself.
So tempting but man; dem DLC's. It'd be another $100+ to get the DLC's since they never go on sale and EA refuses to bundle them in an all-in-one pack. :rotate:

Now that I got my new computer I'm finally doing a bit of backlog work. Of course, the free Black Flag that came with my nvidia card is doing its best to add rather than subtract.
I'm focusing on Tomb Raider now, which is such a great game even though the setpieces get a little preposterous. I was gonna bust out Skyrim and play some DLC that I never got around to, but it seems ALL my saves are gone. No cloud saves, no HDD saves, not even any "previous version" saves from Restore points. Welp.

That bundle would have won me over with Bus Driver simulator or something mundane like that, but it's pretty much farming all the way down.
Not the same as ETS, though. (I already have ETS2, too.)
Welcome, Halfazedninja! If you like buying games, you've come to the right place. Sometimes people even play them, but if that frightens you don't worry. It's not a requirement.
Tell me more!
Like @Drake, I only play games so that I can come here and describe them in ways that make other people have to buy them.
For instance, some of you might not be aware of this;
I've mentioned this in here a couple times, but as a PSA, if you get this, make sure that you have an old Ea account linked to your Origin account or the game will be useless. I didn't and ended up having to set up an EA account and then get EA support to give me a new code. Giant headache all around, but the games are absolutely worth it.

I'm tempted to buy ME1 right now because I only have it through Amazon (not Steam) but it just seems silly to do that. So silly...
<cursor hovers over "Purchase" button>
I had a physical copy of ME1 that I played. I bought ME1 on steam for $5 a couple of years ago and have not played it yet. So don't feel bad I also double dipped on Bioshock 1.
Pretty sure I'm gonna grab state of decay when I get home. Out of curiosity, how worth it is the DLC?
Totally, completely, unarguably, definitively, demonstrably worth it. Also, really worth it.
More specifically: The main campaign will be good for a playthrough, maybe two. The DLC basically takes the game, strips out the story stuff, throws in some really neat new stuff and turns you loose in sandbox mode built on top of an infinitely* scaling newgame+ system with new challenges and rewards at each level of play.
It's pretty wild and awesome.

May not actually be infinite. Some say it goes to NG+99, some say less, some say more. Not sure what the real cap is.
