Forum twitter integration no longer works

Expected behavior: when twitter links are posted on the forum, it will expand them to display the tweet inline on the post.

Observed behavior: Since the last vanilla update, the integration doesn't seem to be working any more.

edit: forgot to mention... observed bug in Chrome for desktop 33.0.1750.117 m. It works correctly on the new mobile style.

    What addons are you running in Chrome? In the past a few addons have broken this.
