Trying to find a specific DLC podcast episode

Usually after I listen to them for the first time, I let Podcasts float around my ipod with my regular music, so they can pop up in the random shuffle during my daily commute. The other day I was half asleep on the train home, and an episode I'd never heard before played. It featured a bit about "The Eagle", which I suspect to have been a euphemism for recently-legalized narcotics. I don't know how I missed it the first time it ran, but now I can't find that episode to finish listening. I've been hunting through the archive, but frankly half the old episodes have titles that could easily be about the reefer. Internet searches return only one relevant result - a tweet that references "today's" podcast on a date with no corresponding entry in the archives. Does anyone know which episode I'm thinking of?
