My barb should ding 70 and I've got some nicely rolled Magefist, Ess of Johan with fire damage, Maximus, and bracers with 15% fire I was going to port over to her. I need a fire build to get going though and I was thinking something like this:

now dw lightning barbs weapons should be thunderfury + odyn son or fulminator
We've yet to see how bad it ends up actually affecting playstyle... I have a Shard and an Odyn's Son and hopefully T3 kill speed won't slow too much. I do still want a Thunderfury... Thunderfury and Shard of Hate will probably still be the best combo?

There is a fire rune for furious charge, but I like being able to spam it in crowds, and to ensure I have an escape. And obviously you could swap out bloodthirst for something else.

Got a homunculus and a chicken from gambling yesterday, neither is worth re-rolling but I messed with the homunculus on town and it will generate dogs up to whatever your cap is and they will match whatever dog rune you have equipped but if you take it off those dogs are killed
and since they are just regular dogs, taking it off right after summoning dogs with the button will kill those dogs too, which is neat I guess
maybe I'll try using it to have 5 normal dogs up and then have an extra slot on my bar
Told ya Frenzy was the way to go... That build is basically the same no fury spenders one that I ran forever before finally switching over to using Whirlwind more to take advantage of the Shard.
I need to switch stuff around and use Berserker Rage passive again.
Does the Warcry healing rune make it worth giving up 20% AR boost?

I am not an experienced barb but a friend of mine is
Battle Cry is insane, use it
Overpower is insane, use it
Earthquake is not very good without the set for it
Call of the Ancients is interesting with the pet buffs, but they are absolutely stupid, use it if you get the set

Your changes don't take advantage of the fire damage gear at all.

I assume the torment only sets and legendary items will still only drop in torment, also the gold and exp and if you enjoy the difficulty
