Like others have said, Randy Orton deserves tons of respect. Not just because of the table spot, but the way he carried himself through out the entire match.
And is it weird that UT/Brock was possibly the worst match of the show?
Years ago I would have never believed a Mania that had Taker's streak end would end with Daniel Bryan holding the main belt/s.
Do I think they can continue from here in a great or even good fashion? No. Do I think he'll be a transitional champ like he always has been? Yes, although I think it'll be months and not days/weeks. But you know what? Fuck it.
This is the first great Mania in years. And it was actually memorable. And for once, WWE had something great heading into a new year of wrestling and didn't fuck it all up.
It's rare, but sometimes wrestling's alright. And this was alright.

Actually, going into the show, I figured that had the potential to be the worst non-Divas match, easily.
This PPV got so much right, but perhaps the biggest was that, for the biggest PPV of the year, the stream was flawless for most people. And that's huge for the future.
yeah lesnar/taker, as a match, was what I expected
but if Taker isn't done (and he's not), then I'm actually interested in the Undertaker for the first time in years outside of that punk feud, and Brock Lesnar is now a consistent uppercard Mania level opponent for when Taker IS done
and paul heyman is gonna be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good holy shit

I think I picked a fantastic first live WWE show. Especially since Bryan is a hometown hero

I don't know man. Taker looked hella done, and there's no real reason for him to come back again.

I think they probably hype up a final match more than this one (the hype leading up to this being the biggest stain on Lesnar's win, there really wasn't much THERE)

Orton didn't lose and he gets his rematch anyway.
I just realized JR really likes saying "makes sense"

I just watched him with all those guys and he wasn't that great.
Cesaro will probably just feud with Swagger and maybe Big E.

I think I missed the Women's match, the 30 man battle royal, and brock/taker.

Those were definitely the 3 matches to miss this ppv. The ending of the battle royal was good, and the ending of Brock/Taker was a shock.

I'm almost thinking those reports from earlier were bullshit. Taker was his only opponent that made sense.
