I do not watch a ton of TV anymore. I think last time I watched the tube was two weeks ago for less then an hour because I was rotting my brain out in a hotel. When I do watch TV, there are not a ton of gaming commercials. No real idea why. Tonight tho, after making a very long run into YTMND with three friends, we decided to look up the Xbox 360 commercials, the ones they played before release and were pretty badass.
I have to say this was one of the collest we found. Personally, I would have killed to be in it :P
This one however left all four of us trying not to piss ourselves from laughing so hard.
So, has anyone else seen any good gaming commercials?

Never was a lot of gaming commercials, but it's good to see a lot of the new 360 games with a decent TV presence.
World of Warcraft - Calbert, Azjol-Nerub (PvE)
Guitar Hero 360 commerical.
Just fucking awesome piece of advertising, and fits perfectly in the 30 seconds.
edit: We really can't forget the Xbox360 India commercial. If you thought "This is Living" was fucked up, well...

The xbox has some great commercials, shame I never manage to see them on TV. I don't recall seeing a single one just for the system itself, and the only video game related one I remember recently was Lost Planet and Crackdown.

Elite Beat Agents was every bit as badass (probably 3x as much... I love quantifying things like "badass"), but, keeping the planetary-scope, it removed the meteor and replaced it with Rhombulan invaders. It was 10x more awesome than Ouendan's ending and really blew the pants off the GHIIX360 commercial, but only when taken as a whole (one long intro, two songs with a long segment between, and a single ending). It's easy to draw similarities (building up power through music to "push/rock" away a threat to the planet), but it's not a commercial and without the meteor, Oendan relates more closely.

It was Travelers Insurance. I keep it on my desktop. Wikipedia says it wasn't influenced by Katamari, but I am skeptical.
I also remember a commercial fot the GameBoy Color. It had this guy who went out to a field with an N64, a TV and a REALLY long extension cable. He gets ready to play and then you see the cable be unplugged. Then it told you about the GBC and showed some games. I can't seem to find it on YouTube.
Because that's the commercial I remember most from my childhood.
