Maybe we can just form a new clan of everyone who isn't in the main clan? It'd probably mostly be newer players, which might also be useful for finding people running similar levels, etc.
With blackjack? And hookers?
whoa whoa whoa
You guys have blackjack AND hookers in your guild?
There's a DH who's not CA:LFB? Probably the same DH who actually managed to find Kridershot?
Or a DH who never gets shit for useful legendaries. No magefist, no cindercoat, no good fire damage pieces. LFB has no advantage in that scenario.
Officially the unluckiest CCG player ever.

any recommendations for DH build? is there any way to make brooding work? that 4.5% life/sec (6.5% with aid sentries) is pretty sick but of course mobility is an issue.

Yeah I heard there is a good DH build called "play a wizard."
I would like some money because these are artisanal nuggets of wisdom philistine.

Those of you who aren't playing Wizards; have you ever seen legendary Wands drop? Actually, has anyone really seen much/any class specific legendaries drop for classes that aren't theirs? I think I've seen one, maybe two unusable legos drop.
I want to set up a 4 wizard farm group wherein I agree to give up any/all lego drops in exchange for the potential Woh drop >.>
I have a really great one handed crossbow in my inventory but I play as a Barbarian. Can't bring myself to salvage it just in the off chance I level up a demon hunter.
I've also had a few other class items not for me drop. My enchantress has a decent legendary staff, but for the most part it's barbarian stuff dropping pretty consistently.

the problem with DH passives is that almost every build seems to want archery, steady aim and (probably) cull the weak. It could be your fourth passive, but there's a lot of choices competing for that spot.
I also don't know well enough how brooding works; is it 4.5% health per second as long as you manage to stand still for one second out of every five? Or does that make the stack reset?
in general though I would think that any time you can stand still long enough to leverage it, you probably don't need that much healing anyway
hold your head high soldier, it ain't over yet
that's why we call it the struggle, you're supposed to sweat
how do you keep that many fetishes up at all times? is it a legendary or a set bonus or something?

So we're not quite a month in to the expansion and I think I've hit that point where finding gear upgrades will be few and far between. I have a piece or two of crafted gear that I could attempt to make better but collecting the legendary mat for Aughild's set is truly abhorrent.
I had run across a pretty length post on the Diablo forums that explained some of the serious long term issues the new Loot 2.0 creates and how we ultimately have fewer real choices with the current system. While I think that they've really managed to turn around a lot of Diablo 3, I think the long term play is still an issue.
Does anyone else feel this way or is it just me? I really don't have the time to start/play/gear a bunch of alts when I'm pretty happy with how the monk plays.
My Crusader is geared up as well as I need her to do t1 solo and have a good time. I still look for loot because its loot and I can always make an alt/get more recipes.

There's a saturation point that every game like this hits eventually. It's kinda the nature of the beast. Solving it isn't easy either. One option is ladders of some kind with seasonal rotations. Another would be "infinite decent" rifts where each level gets progressively harder but drops have better stats.
Eventually, you'll have all the gear you need/want for 1-2 builds for your class then its really just whether you want to keep grinding or whether you want to level up an alt. The good thing is that the alt option will be there in case you want to take a break for a while and the end game is a lot easier to break into now.
It'll be interesting to see how Blizzard addresses this problem down the road. There have been some rumors that they may introduce some new legendary items every couple of months to keep people busy. But there's been no confirmation on that, that I can find.
I wouldn't mind some seasonal Legendaries or something, as long as they aren't super game breaking. With Transmogging I could definitely see wanting a cool looking item.

I wish they'd do something about 42 of the 44 legendary rings being super shitty, while they're at it. Every time I find a Puzzle Ring I'm pretty sure an angel puppy loses its wings and its nose gets warm and dry.
But really, all you need is high attack speed to generate a bunch of fetishes with fetish sychophants passive. Here's a pre-RoS 2.0 no zuni video. He uses firebats to get a bunch of fetishes to start https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cgpNwdYwW0
EDIT: I have a level 60 Carnevil helm and it is definitely fun to play with, even at a measly 1.6 atk spd. You can easily gear for an optimum Carnevil dmg. Mask of Jeram, including Tasker & Theo and 4pc Zuni most probably out dpses any Carnevil setup though.

I think hitting the gear wall is a pretty natural result in these games. It's just going to happen. There plenty of options if that happens on one particular character. It is frustrating (experiencing it myself right now) but I think it requires either dedication or alternate plans to break up the monotony (including playing other stuff).
But I'm still enjoying the content so I will level some alts or try stuff like Hardcore and ladders.
how do you keep that many fetishes up at all times? is it a legendary or a set bonus or something?
I have the 4pc zuni set so they last until they die. It makes the build easier to run but it's not necessary.
If you don't have the 4pc zuni bonus you can run CDR with paragon points, a Diamond in your helmet, and Tribal Rites/Grave Injustice.

I do have to say even playing as a crusader I rarely ever see shields. And even rarer still crusader specific ones. Also I've only ever gotten one chest piece and it was a cinder coat.

You can also stack attack speed and use Vampire Bats as your main attack to keep Fetish Sycophants up. I found I needed dogs + gargantuan for the times where I didn't have enough up, or right after I died. Then as I got more attack speed I was able to drop dogs, and eventually turn gargantuan into the 15 seconds version (with invincible Templar). Even without the zuni set, I'm at the point where I'm starting to farm T3 (my damage is there, some champions give me trouble).
Edit: This is with the pet centric +physical build.
Augh! I ran across a treasure goblin convention.....on my witch doctor(on a DoT build). I managed to kill three of them but it felt like trying to grab a bunch of sparkly shinies that suddenly fell from the sky and watching them slip through my fingers. If only I'd been on my wizard. Then I could have nuked them from orbit before they scattered like roaches.
So, was working on my Demon Hunter tonight. She's starting to look better, and can tear through T1 pretty easily with a buddy.
Couple questions.
First, I'm assuming that I'd benefit more from a socket on that bow than the 741 dex. Just not sure if I should burn souls trying to get it. What do you guys think? Just wait for a better drop instead?
Same goes for the quiver...I'm thinking of rerolling the Hatred Regen, since I get more from globes and generators (I think?) than from time. I'm thinking that whatever I can roll in its place will benefit me more. But again, souls.
Lastly, just to make sure I'm not dumb (tried doing some searching but came up short), Shade and Shatter Shot do count as Lightning Skills for the purposes of gear buffs, r ight? So I should be getting my 24% or whatever added there when using those two skills?
I'd personally wait for a better weapon drop, though I am pretty sure a socket would be better than the dex in terms of total damage output. The quiver seems pretty solid to me. I'd hold off on modifying it for the time being. Shade and Shatter Shot should indeed count as lightning damage for gear bonuses, so you're in good shape there.
I'd consider testing out Elemental Arrow - Ball Lightning to further take advantage of your gear bonuses and see if you like it. Cluster Arrow - Loaded for Bear is a great skill, but it is very expensive to use and you can get 4 times as many lightning orbs from Ball Lightning for the same cost. If you end up preferring Cluster Arrow that's fine, and if you've already tested this out for yourself then just ignore me.

Sockets with green gems are massive dps increases for anybody with even mediocre crit rate, easily around 20-30% dps.
Yeah, I was actually rolling Ball Lightning before, I'm currently test-driving Cluster Arrow (with Ballistics), but considering going back. Was liking LFB when dealing with elites, because I don't currently have much issue (particularly with a group) plowing through trash. It's a tough trade-off.
Edit: not sure what passive to go with in place of ballistics, either. I'll mess with it more. Obviously.

I can't seem to find this information but are there procs per second limitations on certain/all weapons? I have a TF and SoH now and was debating on how much attack speed would benefit me for more procs.
