Varnish 503 errors

So, since about fifteen minutes ago (~17:30 BST) I've been getting a bunch of http 503 errors, apparently from the varnish server guru, that look something like this:

    also I think something/someone is editing all thread titles in G&T to say [Game On] in front of the game, I don't recall that before... and I am also getting error 503
