    yeah, Chicago was my first thought.
    I'm guessing Austin though -- Chicago is still relatively close to Boston

    RTX is in Austin, unless that's a team up situation, it seems unlikely. Also Austin's con center is fairly small, if it's in the central time zone it's gonna be Chicago or Dallas, those have centers that can handle ~80-100k people.

    Much as I want it to be in Texas, any time during the Summer months (the biggest current open time period between any two PAX at the moment) would be uncomfortable weather wise. But hey, I can take it ;).

    PAX AUS is happening after Prime this year (Oct 31-Nov 2). I think it's just a case of it being easier to add a new clock on top rather than rearrange them.

    I hope PAX is in Seattle - I've always wanted to go there. If not Seattle, then Portland or San Francisco. Certainly not Texas - trust me, I live in Texas, other than Austin there isn't much to see. Dallas is very homogeneous and bland. Houston has good authentic food and diversity but the traffic is terrible and the weather sucks. Austin is just plain cool.

    Unless this is an elaborate Khoo bluff, Central Time does seem to be correct. (Unless it is PAX Kazakhstan.)

    Having it Chicago would be cool, but that would make three northern PAXes. To the south, New Orleans, Dallas, and Houston all have convention centers larger than the one PAX East uses. Perhaps one of them?

    Well, it's either Chicago or Texas (Dallas/Austin). In terms of the calendar, July and February are pretty open. I assume that if it's in July it will be Chicago and if in February it will be Texas. How far in advance have new PAXes been announced in the past?

    Taking AUS this year into account, I highly doubt they're going to cram anouther PAX between September and March/April. If this is about another PAX, it's most likely going to land in the summer, regardless of location.

    All the clocks seem to be set in the timezone of the PAX location. The clock says 9 (am/pm). The PAX Prime clock says 7 (am/pm) so what could be in those two possible time zones?

    EDIT: Didnt see the post already mentioning the time on the clocks but we dont know if its a am time or pm time.
