[Public Service Announcement] OpenSSL Security Hole Discovered/Change Your Passwords
http://techcrunch.com/2014/04/07/massive-security-bug-in-openssl-could-effect-a-huge-chunk-of-the-internet/
Yesterday, it was made public that OpenSSL had a security vulnerability that made it easy to access information sitting in system memory on servers. What makes this really bad is the fact that often encryption and decryption keys sit here making it possible for jerks to do a lot of nasty data stealing tricks. Worse is the fact that a lot of the Internet relies on OpenSSL for data encryption. Even if those sites have patched their servers, it is strongly recommended you change your password(s) on all sites. Better safe than sorry.
