PAX Prime 2014 Forum Badges
The badges have been printed and look like this:
When you pick them up you get a plastic wallet with them, which you then attach to your PAX lanyard or any other one you swipe during PAX.
The current version of the forum badge are shown below
FRONT v. 3
BACK v. 3
To collect a badge you must either be at the Pre-PAX Dinner, the Pre-PAX board game night at the Sheraton hotel or go the BYOC registration desk from 12pm Friday 29th August through to 4pm Monday 2nd September If you pick up a badge from the BYOC desk you must answer a question, which is listed below. This is in order to prove that you are a member of the forums:

Greetings one and all! I have now completed the first versions of the PAX Prime Forum badge, and here they be:
Front
Commentary: This is a drastic change from the original as I though considering this is the First Edition of the PAX Community RPG it should bear a striking resemblance to the original D&D box, only in blue as Prime's unofficial colouring is a deep blue.
Back
Commentary: The back has been redesigned to respond to the comments made concerning the lack of space for forum names. The scrolls in this version were actually drawn by hand by me

I just realised that PAX Prime is a lot closer than I thought thanks to PAX East being so late this year. With this in mind I thought I'd better open this thread up for PAX Prime 2014 forum badge. This time around I really want to get the community involved with its design, as I feel that sometimes I settle on a theme without really going through my thought processes with everyone on the forums. So here I am, attempting to do just that.
So before I do any work on the badge itself I had a selection of ideas of possible themes. They run something like this:
1) Magic the Gathering - the front and rear of the cards are based on an MtG card where only those listed on the back can use it as a card during an MtG game and it's stupidly overpowered.
2) Euro Tabletop game box - Overly complicated Kickstarted Euro board game box with rules that no one could possibly fathom. The people listed would be its 'backers'.
3) Washington State Permit - A very formal looking form that declares all those listed are permitted to play games at the WSCC during PAX Prime without prejudice.
4) RPG Character sheet - Full stats of forum member that will reveal that are the best character ever made in the history of RPGs.
5) MMO item - The forum badge will be classed as a Legendary Item that would be 'bound' to the owner as well as all those listed on the back.
Let me know the top 3 that catch your eye and I'll do mock ups of all three.
