Get a big bottle of something flammable and thick like Sambuca, and tell everyone the rules are as follows:
Take a shot glass, dip your forefinger in the shot, then light your finger on fire (a candle is helpful) and hold it above your head like the Statue holding the torch while you finish your shot. After it's gone you're allowed to put your finger out by putting it in your mouth.
Then, the next morning, when they've all got their hands in bags of ice and they ask you what the fuck you were thinking when you suggested this mad proposition
