    My mother used to be an accountant and helps me out with taxes. So I got that done.

    Going to get back 500 dollars or so any time now. I'll probably use it to travel somewhere.

    A lot of our stuff was in boxes, but we finally got it out and are doing taxes this week. Gonna itemize because of the mortgate payments we had for a while and then the job search expenses, as well as all the medical expenses.

    So far, it's looking like we'll getting 1500 back. I had already changed my W4 for 2006 to reduce the refund this year and just get it back during the year, but I guess I didn't take enough allowances.

    Probably gonna pick up a 360 with the refund.

    You should still do your taxes if you have kids or dependents if you make under 3k a year you can get earned income credit :) Our government pays you for being poor, isnt that great?

    I don't have to do them, but doing all the info shows me that I would owe the government about $16.
