The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
My post on the news section pretty much sums it up.
What this means for me and PAX, I don't know, but I really am worried about my friend...I may have to fly to Kentucky to give my support to him and his family, and pray he survives.
Brandon was part of the MOG*MOD crew, as he told me, which is headed by Ian McConville of MacHall.com fame. I don't doubt him one bit. Christ, I'm gonna go find a fuckin' holy church to pray in.
EDIT: If I have to fly out by the next weekend, I may not be able to attend PAX.
I'm really sorry, my deepest sympathies to you and your friend.
I usually don't pray, but this is one of those circumstances where my effort to pray will show my deepest hope and faith that your friend will be alright.
Take it easy hun, last thing we need is more people hurt. Drunk driving comes with some heavy prices, manslaughter ontop of that is all the more. And even if you don't think the driver will receive his judgement in this life you can trust that someone will deal with them in the next.
Our prayers and thoughts for the family and friends tonights.
Shit man, that sucks.... This is gonna delay the updates to the MOG**MOD if what you say is true, damn i'm gonna go pray for him to get well as well. *run off to find a one of his parents bibles*
And from what I remember, the MOG*MOD was delayed bad enough anyway, and he had a problem with Ian...not sure what, something about his comments about Brandon's girlfriend? Anyway, Brandon told me he's also an employee at Ubisoft, recently hired after Million Man LAN this year. Lucky bastard, though I hope he survives so he can continue working for such a great company.
*looks at the poll results*
Wow, I think two people are going to wind up in a nice toasty place getting assraped by Lucifer when they die.
Hey, it was a trick question! The question was "Will you pray for my friend". Well, as one who doesn't pray for anyone or anything, I obviously voted no. However, that doesn't mean I don't have the best of wishes for his friend and family. Also, with all due respect Kato, it was a really dumb poll idea.
Good news. Although I slept in until 1 PM today, Brandon's brother messaged me and told me that Brandon woke up this morning, he's stable, but still in bad shape.
