Just listened to nearly all of it on the way into work (I'm halfway through the last song). Love it. The Polka was great, the Fancy parody was awesome, and yeah, the CSNY styled song was completely unexpected and awesome for anyone who has worked in any office environment. The only real complaint I have is that First World Problems is just not a style I enjoy and to be honest I liked MC Frontalot's take on the idea more...I was sort of surprised to see Al do such a similarly themed song truthfully.
Iggy Azalea followup spoilered to maintain thread topic:
Apparently those tweets are like, five to six years old and were dug up and circulated as a story fairly recently. I don't know if she's gotten better, and the fact that she's ever said them is disappointing, but I know if someone dug up my shit from 6 years ago I'd look a lot worse than I do now. Anyway I'm done for real now!
So was it mentioned this is probably his last studio album?
Yeah, but I think it's a good thing. He can release things (parodies especially) in a far more timely manner, and we might even get Al in a more steady drip.

As... Straight Outta Lynnwood showed, Al's got his own in-home studio, and I'm pretty sure his band members don't do any long tours without him (Steve Jay pretty much stays local, and not sure about the others) so yeah, could be great.

Curse my insistence on buying a physical copy and now having to wait for it to be delivered today.

I like her pretty alright, also the video for Fancy is just a huge salute to Clueless so that's pretty great
Also Blank I was about to come after you for saying Royals is not a good song but then you corrected yourself
Wait....
Fuck
also he's a great musician
thus ends the entirety of my opinion on iggy pop
But it's a great damn song
This is plus I really like that one ke$ha song he's in
"Hey everybody! It's Iggy Pop!"
It shows up in the polka mix though, so at least he touched on it a bit!
The back and forth on the first part of Thrift Shop especially him yelling "I do!" and "It's Large!"
Definitely a slow build on that one. The second verse, god damn.
This is a much different song than I was expecting
which means I got a HUGE kick out of Handy, goddamn
I was really not liking it and then yeah it gets pretty great
kiss me, Al
kiss me

This might be my favorite thing on the album
Thank you for taking that awesome beat and making an actually good song, Al
Literally.
My favorite is the "I think it went glug GLUG glug, I think it went glug GLUG glug!"
Yeah, but I think it's a good thing. He can release things (parodies especially) in a far more timely manner, and we might even get Al in a more steady drip.
Are the lyrics in the liner notes? Please tell me that in Foil the lyric is 'Aluminati'.
IS THIS A FUCKING PIXIES SONG

It's up on Spotify! You can listen to it for free while you wait.
It's fun lyrically too, don't get me wrong, but this is definitely some of Al's finest music writing to date
