It's when one guy forgets to advertise it and the other has to smoothly work it into his additional commentary like a baseball bat into a hummingbird's anus that really cracks me up.
I thought that hero vs classic was interesting, and I don't even play p. :<

The best and most awkward one of those I've seen was during a DotA 2 tournament. Turtle Beach had supplied all the mics and stuff and one of the casters said "alright everyone we're gonna cut into the teams' audio now, because we've got the Turtle Beach Team Chat."

Yeah the team just wasn't really talking. Like a solid minute punctuated by like two tiny three word sentences.

I really like pvp. honestly I like all the mirrors now. the players are just so damn good and you see the smallest differences decide games. very cool.
I missed the intros boooooooooo. I'm sure it would have given me chills. shit just seeing mvp and boxer is giving me chills.
I think my favourite part was Yellow talking about how maybe he could come back and compete and win Blizzcon, and Nestea was in the background kinda just facepalming

it's hard to not wonder how much, if at all, LOTV is affecting the play in the real tourney. I can't believe Innovation really thought everything he did today was his best shot at beating life.
so so so beyond excited for the first GSL et al games come next year.
For those not watching, MC + Huk won game 1. Then MC played ALONE against Snute and TLO, but he could specify their race (Terran)... and he WON.
And now... "the admin decided they'd be playing ZvZ". So now they are.

I think they're about to show a new carbot animation
edit - it really didn't surprise me MC won that. he played like MC against 2 people who don't play terran. most pros would lose to what he did, having a second set of hands doesn't make you more prepared for timings.
Ground Weapons 1 finishing while you only have 2 Zealots and 2 Sentries probably points at too much greed by Classic?

Classic was in a badddd spot there. He opened super safe and Life opened hatch hatch pool, so he had to do something in order to try to catch up, and the thing he tried was a 5 minute 3rd nexus. Then Life scouted it immediately, turned the switch on to three base aggression, and... you know.

Well, like just about all of their showmatches, the players aren't going to play just to win. They're going to have fun.
Just like the 8 player monobattle WoL showmatch they had a few years back.
It was friggin' hilarious.
