I've tried searching and cannot find what I'm looking for so I'm asking here
Is there a way to display the filename or directory path in a column in iTunes? I've got a ton of mp3s I've imported that have no ID3 tags and going through them individually to see their location, then filling in the data is getting tiresome - I would love it if I could see the path and mass select songs and update things like artist, album, genre, etc at once.
I guess to clarify, I've ripped most of my CD collection into a "/Artist/Album/Song_name.mp3" format. I got an ipod for free and and planning on putting my music on it. What I have mostly is a giant list of songs with their song names as the "name" and that's about it. I'd like to be able to see where these are at physically so I can mass update their artist and album information.
iTunes might not be able to do this for me - I might have to do it elsewhere and bring them back into iTunes.... or just keep at it manually
