aaand that's this week folks! my dethlok vs handlock matchup was maybe the most intense game i've ever had in this tourney, really good stuff. check it out on the stream, if you wanna! it should be up minus my evil illegal music streaming in a little bit
me and jurg will have to informally settle his professional handlock vs my shenanigans rebirth shaman deck another night, but for this week...he is the king of hearth

Our Lock at Lock game was one of the best I've played.

I may have won the match, and the tournament, but Jurg beat me on the mean-names-for-cards-and-heroes front with "Drool Buttmaster".
People keep saying that about that deck, but the creator claims it's not a zoo deck, it's a....I dunno, a combo wombo deck?
I wouldn't call it Zoo either. It's aggro Warlock. Zoo is similar, but focuses on board control instead of bursty combos like that.
It is ARGUABLY a Zoo variant, but it plays really differently, I think. I just wanted to make the joke.
It's definitely a real hit-or-miss deck. It's also slightly weaker since the Leeroy nerf, but fortunately that didn't come into play this time.
Mostly I just wanted a chance to kill you before you got that deck going, it's a real beast when Kel'Thuzad is out and you don't have an answer for him.
