It's not exactly difficult for Barry to place a filter over the top part of the screen when the posts appear. It would ruin part of the fun, but if necessary they could do it.

I guess I'm missing some context, because I have no idea why that would make them stop playing it.
It's easy enough to turn off the miiverse in-game; it's not like it'd be the first episode they had to start filming over again, and if there was something silly like that, they probably would just turn it off, redo whatever level and not even mention it.
While I don't think it will make them stop playing, they seem pretty adamant about pretending Jon doesn't exist and has never existed.

It's not terribly uncommon for Dan to suggest playing a game that has already been played by Arin and Jon, and while Arin doesn't usually respond, the silence to the suggestion is often very noticeable.

These are my first, and last words on this subject: It is way more than a lack of unconditional support at this point. He's digging to China. Like I said, we're at the point where Danny has been part of the channel longer than Jon has been. Also, he's becoming something of a drama magnet which I know irritates some people.

Eh Jon is a founder of GG and I like being able to talk about him here. I don't really know why he decided to implode on Twitter but honestly I don't think he means bad. I don't think anyone can seriously state that Danny is a horrible human being. By all accounts he is a pretty great guy.
Having a maximum amount of time that you'll date someone for just means that you're not ready for a long-term commitment in your life, it doesn't make you a bad person.
I have no problem with a ban on jon-drama, but I really hope we don't ban him entirely. I don't really follow Jon in any way, but I like the dude from his time on GG, so I'd be really disheartened if content from him/discussion of his time wasn't allowed. Just saying.
