I could play my card and give you two extra actions. That would let you get to Africa. Leave the one yellow in LA but clear all the others with your six auto clear moves. Then we use the remote treatment to remove that last yellow and then another cube elsewhere, from a three I would assume.

Given how many yellows are coming in the infection deck - it should be great to remove that disease once and for all. I say go meep-meeping around Africa and remote treat LA and London. We got a few outbreak risks, but the only chain is London->Paris->Milan, so that should be defused as much as possible. I think we're playing containment until the Researcher/Scientist combo produces the black cure for us.

So... My role is now probably the most useless here - if I had 2 black, it might be worth sticking around. As is - do we want to "New Assignment" me into a dispatcher, so I can shove @jdarksun around hoovering everything up?
As long as that actually works (I feel like there's been debate on that point?), it's probably a good idea.
We might be able to work with Epidemiologist, but starting from 1 card is just rough. You could take Mumbai or Kolkata from me on this round, then Istanbul from The Ender and something else from me the next time around... which would get you to four, but would take another whole round to get you to 5.
I'm not sure we could do it faster with Dispatcher, but being able to move folk around is just super useful.
Alright, since you're holding the card @jdarksun your call to use it. Dispatcher or Generalist are equally good choices IMO. I've cooled on dispatcher a bit, since the key role - researcher is just before me instead of just after to be of best value.
I'm a dumb. In other news, what do I do this turn? I feel like I should just cure Paris and Milan and end in Istanbul since Tehran is no longer a threat. Then I guess jdark tries to end his turn in Mumbai, Marikir picks that card up then ends in Karachi, Kaneski moves there and gives him that card, we (probably) win on Marikir's next turn after that?

So that means out of the cards available, it's either Moscow + Istanbul or Karachi/Chennai. The other huge bonus we have - Cesare can pick cards up for Jdark.
Now... I can't see any way that Marikir can get himself to Moscow in the 1 round he has. So... unless I missed something, it's not really an option.
So - Karachi/Chennai.
Proposed plan:
1. Cesare gets himself to Kolkatta (via flight to Washinton and then research station).
2. Jdark gets himself to Kolkatta as well (either via Tokyo or Chicago).
3. On my turn - I go Atlanta -> HK -> Kolkatta, give Kolkatta and move to Chennai.
4. On Cesare's last turn, he goes to Chennai, grabs it off me and moves back to Kolkatta.
5. On Jdark's last turn, he grabs all the blacks from Cesare and goes to HK for the win.
This plan assumes that neither Cesare nor Jdark draw one of the black cards remaining in the pile. So - planning for worse case. We are likely to suffer a few outbreaks, but we got capacity to spare, and 2 people to do major damage control halfway through the plan. And I don't think we're at risk of any chain outbreaks.
