It appears The Pokemon Company has another project in the works which they’ll be revealing to the public on August 26th via NicoNico. It’s unclear at this time whether or not the project will be a game, manga etc. but the official website has ゲーム・そのほか (Games – Additional) listed so there’s plenty of reason to be excited. The stream will commence August 26th at 10PM JST via NicoNico, so we’ll have updates for you after then!
Alright, I want a team made up of the classic DnD classes. We know that gen 6 already went for the fighter, rogue and wizard. What about the bard, druid, or cleric? What team of 6 would you use and what would each mon represent?
Mega Slowbro kinda scares me. I don't know whether to think of it as a slowbro getting devoured by a shellder or the shellder is having some kind of parasitoid slowbro erupting out of it.
Bard could be a few things: Chatot, Exploud, Kricketune... pretty much anything with Sing or Hyper Voice. Druid is a little more difficult, but I think Trevenant would fit in really well here. And Cleric would have to be Audino/Chansey/Blissey.

Just think of it as lazy
I have a podcast now. It's about video games and anime!Find it here.
I'm running out of boxes, so I have to get rid of some flawless or nearly flawless pokés I have sitting in my boxes (that were always meant to be given away anyway). These are up for grabs:
Flawless:
Modest Flower Veil Flabébé in Nest Ball (9 8)
Jolly Adaptability Eevee in Dream Ball (1 male)
Jolly Infiltrator Hoppip in Dream Ball (1 male and 1 female)
Timid Aftermath Voltorb.
Jolly Moxie Pinsir with Feint, Superpower, Quick Attack, and Close Combat (one male, one female).
Vital Spirit Adamant Magmar with Mach Punch, Fire Punch, and Thunder Punch in Dream Ball (Two females, one male, the male one is flawless, one isn't, and I'm not sure about the other one)
Timid Clawncher in Great Ball (1 male)
Jolly Guts Taillow with Brave Bird in Lure Ball (21 males)
Jolly HA Glameow in Dream Ball
Adamant Steadfast Tyrogue with Rapid Spin, Bullet punch, and Mach Punch.
Nearly flawless:
Protean Froakie: Mild (2 females, one male), Modest (one female with HP Psychic because I was breeding for HP Fire and four males, these have Toxic Spikes as egg moves). All in Great Balls and some may have HP Fire.
Bold Prankster Illumise and Volbeat with Growth, Encore, Baton Pass, and Fake Tears in Dream Ball (Volbeat only has Baton Pass and Encore).
Relaxed Torrent Lileep in Dream Ball with Recover, Curse, and Mirror Coat in Dream Ball (1 male)
Sassy Unaware Wooper in Net Ball with Stockpile, Recover, Curse 31/31/31/x/31/x.

I'm pretty annoyed that I haven't seen the following detail posted anywhere about the current Mega Stone event in the USA: Gamestop is only offering the Mega Stones for Pinsir and Heraceross as pre-order bonuses for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. If you plan to buy digital, or were expecting some kind of normal promotional giveaway, don't bother.
Now no one else needs to waste gas and time due to spotty information.
BTW, I just checked its sp atk and it's kind of bad, so use it for breeding. It should be easier to get HP Fire on the offspring. Adding and getting on now.

Thanks, you saved me a trip. I probably am not going to even get Ruby/Sapphire since those were the games that got me out of Pokemon to begin with. I don't need a remake of a game I didn't really like :P
The confusing thing is I heard two different things in two different places - either to get it at GameStop, or they would send it in the Pokemon newsletter sometime in September. I guess I will cross my fingers they actually do have a code in the newsletter.

To be fair, what matters is competitive battling, which makes the map layout and whatnot unimportant.
Map layout is very important! There are people who just play Pokemon to get through the game, and I know several people who occasionally won't even finish the game- Diamond Pearl being real game killers, because they get lost on the map about halfway through.
That being said, I love D/P/Pt's map, but do wish they ramped up differences between East and West Sinnoh a little more.

The newsletter distribution method supposedly applies for Canada.
I don't battle competitively either but I want it just cause. Gonna do some investigating at my Gamestop tonight to see what the deal is in obtaining a code.

I hear that the next big Pokemon announcement is for a new POKEMOBA.
2 teams, 10 players, 3 lanes, >700 playable characters. Level up and unlock their iconic abilities every match.
I didn't hear this at all
Oh no. You have me wanting this. Haha.
Summoners, I mean, Trainers assemble!
What would the creeps be? Just a random assortment of things you see in Rt. 1 and 2? Rabbits, birds, and bugs creeping along swarming enemies and attacking pokestations?
My god! You could have the different teams be the two groups from ORAS.
Holy Molly, what if your trainer had multiple pokemon they could swap out on knockouts.

Haven't had that much fun in awhile (in pokeshenigans).
I asked there and they said it won't work on my iPad mini. Only the retina version.

Well, the Battle Frontier will probably be in it.

People have eyePads on their retinas, now? I'm getting old.

Man, I really hope they change that eventually. Just let me throw it in the bushes somewhere, these things are starting to pile up.
Wild audino can raise them, they seem like they would be kick ass pokemon parents. Everybody wins.

I'll take the Flawless Evee, Flabebe, Magmar, Froakie
Sorry, Eevee and flawless Magmar were already claimed (the one that I'm not sure is perfect and the 4IV one are still up for grabs).
What Froakie would you like (what nature)?

As someone who doesn't really care about EVs, IVs, breeding and all that shit, the Battle Factory was fantastic.

And yeah, I don't really battle competitively. I just play for the base game
