Handhelds never seem to get the same treatment as consoles on Black Friday. Still, you might get a bundle with a game or something.
My guess is that on actual Black Friday (or Cyber Monday or whatever) you get one of those bundles at $50 off, or with an extra controller, or an extra game.
Worth noting that that particular bundle comes with disc copies of Gears Remastered and Rare Replay. I wonder if Gamestop's recent announcement had that effect?
Fry's has Little Battlers for 3DS for $25 today...even has the online option and not just in store like usual. Except the 'free shipping' it advertises isn't really free...and you could just buy it on Amazon for the price after shipping. So far signing up for their emails hasn't paid off. Newegg has also been steadily going downhill.
Can some of you guys who watch the frys emails let me know with an @ when there's a steam card sale? I've gotten out of the habit of checking them regularly
It kind of doesn't. My local store doesn't categorize things properly, so you'll see things like PS4 games in search results when the "PS3" filter is checked.
Humble Bundle has a new $13 monthly subscription. You can only see one game in the bundle ahead of time, but it will contain games that haven't been previously bundled. It's unclear if all of the games in the bundle haven't been previously bundled or only some of them. Also, only 60 cents of each bundle goes to charity.
I'm guessing that the first month's bundle will probably be pretty good. It'll contain Legend of Grimrock II, so you're at least getting that for 50% off, even if it's the only thing in the bundle you care about.

Sorta. They actually bought the game fairly far along when they purchased Big Huge Games and it was repainted to fit into the Amalur "brand" that was going to launch a MMO. But yeah, there was a giant cluster over the entire thing. I'm just sorta sad over the fact that it was so close to a really good game but the gameplay wasn't challenging enough.

Sorta. They actually bought the game fairly far along when they purchased Big Huge Games and it was repainted to fit into the Amalur "brand" that was going to launch a MMO. But yeah, there was a giant cluster over the entire thing. I'm just sorta sad over the fact that it was so close to a really good game but the gameplay wasn't challenging enough.

Really? Wow, I never knew that detail. Makes the whole Amalur mess look even worse. At any rate, sorry to hijack, I just find that crap fascinating.
