It's still pretty shitty.

The Ultimate Game sale brings you great deals on games in the Xbox Store all week long with weekend bonus offers too.
So there will be new info, maybe on Friday, for more deals.
Truth be told, I'm not thrilled with these choices. But then most of the ones I would get, I already have and the rest are just a touch too pricey.
aw, that kinda sucks. I really only want half or so of the games, and I've been feeling gift-y
speaking of, might as well post here too: I've got a steam key for SW: Starfighter from the last humble bundle for anyone who wants it
If you want to gift away some of them I have an earlier bundle that does not include Pack 5. So if Pack 5 does not include any games you want I'd happily take it off your hands.
I grabbed the Trials season pass for ~$7 and the new Lara Croft with season pass for ~$12. Those are some great prices.
I also picked up the Telltale pack for $55. I skipped it last time since I had thought I already bought the season pass for Borderlands, but apparently not! Walking Dead season one is the only game in that collection I completed, too.
XBO put up Lords of the Fallen for 9 bucks all week, it was part of their marketing for their "Ultimate Game Sale", then mysteriously pulled it today and replaced it with Limbo with a PR release of "no that game was never part of the sale we don't know what you're talking about..."
Well I bought it for 9 bucks MS so jokes on you! Game is pretty solid for 9 bucks, it's like an easier Dark Souls (which I am ALL for). Keep an eye out because people are pissed and they might do a make-good and put it up again for that price with the Weekend Sale this coming Friday.

UPDATE: Microsoft has told VideoGamer.com that Lords of the Fallen is "not part of the Ultimate Game Sale" - despite the game being reduced to £7.50 yesterday and developer Deck 13 stating that it was "supposed to be in there".
"'Lord of the Fallen' on Xbox One is not part of the Ultimate Game Sale Feb. 17 – 23," a Microsoft representative said in a statement provided to us this afternoon. "Please visit http://www.xbox.com/en-US/promotions/sales/ultimate-game-sale-xbox-one-deals for the full list of titles available through this week's promotion."
VideoGamer.com has asked the platform holder for further clarification.
ORIGINAL STORY: Lords of the Fallen "was supposed to be" featured in this week's Xbox Ultimate Games Sale, developer Deck 13 has confirmed after the title mysteriously disappeared from the sale last night.
The action-RPG was reduced to just £7.50 at the launch of yesterday's sale, but was pulled just hours after being discounted, returning to its usual £49.99 selling price.
"Regarding the Xbox Ultimate Game Sale. It was suposed [sic] to be in there," Deck 13 tweeted this morning. "It also seems it was for a few hours and then got pulled. No info yet!"
VideoGamer.com has contacted Microsoft to find out whether the game will return to its discounted price.
The Xbox Ultimate Games Sale launched on Xbox One and Xbox 360 yesterday, offering huge discounts on games like Kinect Sports Rivals, Sniper Elite 3, Watch Dogs and more.
The sale is due to run until next Monday, February 23.
The games in that PlayStation Store sale don't seem to line up here in the UK. Hohokum isn't showing as having any kind of price reduction, for one (the only one I was really interested in).
Any word about it being region-specific?
I know this is an entirely subjective question but I'm going to ask it anyway.
If there was a single game for the PS4 and/or XB1 (preferably different games I suppose) that you felt like actually showed off next gen visuals, for that console; what would that game be?
I've barely loaded up my XB1 since I got it because my console time since Christmas has been dominated with Destiny on the PS4; but I was thinking last night that, while Destiny looks fantastic, it doesn't feel exactly 'next gen' to me, in that there's clearly a lot of design decisions that were likely based on needing to be cross-generation. And the only game I've played on the XB1 is Master Chief Collection, and while it's cool to play the HD remakes at 1080, it's still decidedly not new-gen.
I do have Unity, I suppose, on the XB1, I was just going to let it hang out until I got around to finally playing AC3 and AC4 first. But I am to understand it actually has zero 'modern' components or story, and that it's entirely past-based, so I couldn't be spoiled anyway?
Oh and I have Second Son on PS4 but I wasn't going to load it up until I tried the first 2 games on PS3.
Anyway, yeah, just curious mainly.
EDIT: I know this isn't entirely an appropriate thread for this question. :P I just thought it'd be a good place to ask so I can also just maybe watch for a sale if a game someone suggests looks good.
Huh. For some reason when I clicked on the marketplace page I thought I'd seen it say EA published it. Guess not.

Apparently you're not familiar with World of Tanks. It's a free to play game with a mostly fair economy. Currency sales for that are very good for anyone willing to pay in.

I personally haven't played anything on the 360 or Xbone, but have been keeping up with the game since it came out because I want to get it on PC, and I'd say that the differences from the different consoles really, really stands out in GTAV, and it happens to be on sale for Xbox consoles atm. The draw distance in the next gen is amazing, and the details on the cars and landscape when you're walking around and such are great, plus the next gen versions having First Person means you can actually get into the cars and look around them before racing them down the streets and shooting rockets out of the busted windows.
Sunset Overdrive, Dying Light, and MGS V GZ all look freaking incredible on my Xbone. When I got a new TV recently I loaded those up and marveled at their excellence.

Driveclub. Beyond just the usual, "racing games always look great." The visuals here are absolutely sumptuous in places, particularly in wet conditions, and the cockpit view is the most immersive I've seen.

Honestly having replayed Infamous 1 and 2 you could just read a wiki and be straight plotwise. Characters and plot are not the games strong points.
If you spend it quick you can even trigger the $15 back on $100 promotion from Sony.
