I need help ilustrating abstract concepts.
Hello help and advice forum.
I am being given new asignments at work, where I have to make covers for some magazines. Some of them are easy, and have obvious solutions, but some of them deal with concepts and topics I am extremely uninformed.
I dont want to come out as a lazy person, but I really cant read X ammount of books in order to understand the specific branch of Linguistic politics that this writer is writing about (for example), because I really cant give each cover that ammount of time.
So I am asking for advice on how to come up with tangible ilustrations/designs for abstract concepts. I dont want anyone doing my job for me, but I would be more than thankfull if some of you could share what process you use to tackle this issues, without falling into overused cliches.
Thanks for reading.
Fland.
Yes, with a quick verbal "boom." You take a man's peko, you deny him his dab, all that is left is to rise up and tear down the walls of Jericho with a ".....not!" -TexiKen
