Is there any way to verify and or transfer ownership of a ticket within a week of Pax Prime. I am buying tickets from someone whose guest can't make it.

    the only safe way to transfer a ticket this close to pax is to receive it in person, imo. All you need to get in to PAX is the badge, so like PedroAsani said you can have an enforcer check the legitimacy of the badge while doing the transaction in person.
