Sydney doesn't put anything else at risk so it can outbreak for all I care, and we'll need 2-3 turns just to trade the blues around. Then there's the blacks. I think there's only 2-3 red cards left in that pile of 21. The odds are shrinking, and I'll be forced to discard blue more and more, so that's going to be a thin margin. HK is a hub and can't be allowed to break out. Honestly, I think Sydney has to be sacrificed

I'd say immediately turn yourself into whoever needs only 4 cards to cure diseases - scientist I think? Maybe on your turn use london to make a research station, cure blue and get somewhere I can feed you a black? Discussion might be moot, since the epidemic is likely to get us right now.
