Yay! Package status delivered and signed by the right last name. Santee I'm sorry that it was delivered via FedEx eventhough your instructions said to not use FedEx. Where I ordered only had International Shipping option without letting me choose which company they use.

OK, I think I got the last thing ordered for Santee. Now I just need to get to painting something likely related to Star Wars and then make with the shipping!
What kind of monster makes someone wait until December 25th to open presents?
Or gift Toblerone?
I'm the one that said in the thread I would wait anyway.
Then I amend him comment to read: "What kind of monster wants to wait until December 25th to open presents?"
Some people love to open presents. There is an inherent joy in discovering what new treasure someone cared enough to gift to you. However, for me, the acquisition of things is far less thrilling than watching the anticipation of the gift giver as I open the package.
Which is why I drag it out. I hold off until the last possible moment, and when that moment arrives, I do not rip and tear, oh no; I slowly, methodically remove each piece of tape, unfold each crease, watching the anxiety and impatience grow in the faces of those watching.

Their frustration is delicious.
I started getting impatient and frustrated just reading your post. You are indeed, the worst kind of monster.

My family re used the same rapping paper for years. It was a tradition. Don't rip it, cut it meticulously with a knife so it could be used again. My older sister was the best.
I always slowly, methodically removed wrapping paper not to see frustration on the face of the giver, but to extend that brief euphoric moment where anything is possible.

My mom would hand out presents one at a time when we were kids. We'd watch patiently as that person opened their gift. Then she would make us display it to everyone, possibly even show how it can be used. We'd all marvel at their gift, but secretly be anxious to just open the next friggin gift already. We hated it so much!
Now I do that exact thing and love it, the patience and the being together is way more important than getting to the next gift. Mom was always right.
The way family does it is we each get one gift from whoever's turn it is to be Santa, which rotates with each round. Then when everyone has a gift we open at the same time, show off the spoils, and generally drink it in before proceeding to the next round.
Nope, not gonna make it too easy for you, you're just gonna have to wait to find out who it is! In the short term, here's part the third! A more shelf-friendly approach: *humble mega comic bundle link*
MORE GIFTS! And Santa refuses to reveal their identity yet! Oh my, there's a lot of comics in here
Got my gift, was gonna wait until Christmas but i'll couldn't resist. I'll post pics later this evening. Thank you so much Santa. My gift to my Santa will be on it's way sometime next week. Just doing some minor gift touchups.
Exploding skulls! Wait no, I'm watching my friend play Dark Souls, I mean everything together!
Cats!
Additional Cat!
Thank you so much santa @Nackmatholn! *ahem* I super appreciate all the gifts, I definitely wanted Fantasy Life and I've been debating getting the GoT figures but haven't quite got around to it yet for myself. Tyrion's definitely a great start though, he is also my favorite character in both the show and books. I don't collect a lot of LEGO minifigs but I do have a few lying around, so more are certainly welcome. I definitely like all things Transformers so the box is very nice. FUCKING CANDY YEAH!!!!!
So once more a very happy thank you to Nackmatholn and very Merry Christmas or Whichever Holiday You Celebrate to all!
Just as a PSA, everyone posting gift get pictures with their package in an image might want to double check that their address or their Santa's address is blurred out/removed. Juuuuust to be safe.

Excellent! I'm glad everything got to you swiftly. Fantasy Life may take over your real life. Take care with that

I think the study states you get the euphoric feeling during the anticipation. Once you get whatever it is, it is all ready gone.

We do that at the Alure house. First all presents are put into piles for who they are, than someone will grab one at a time to hand out.
I love the fact that you still have a McDonald's Oliver & Company ornament.
I still have the box too. I posted somewhere on these threads I think that everyone gets on ornament every year. I have over 30 years of them. All with the year written on them. My son is collecting his all ready, when he moves out he will be able to furnish a Christmas tree.

I'm approaching it more as a Schrödinger's cat situation: until I open the box everyone could be my Santa.
I think I know all the things that I'm going to get my Santee.
Now to purchase them and send them on their way.

You're gonna love it so much.
which is £2 more than the item
I know it's not polite to swear at Christmastime but holy shit, you guys.
Second we read the message Santa has provided and confirm our suspicions that @Imperfect is indeed Santa:
Third we are utterly floored by what we find behind the wrapping paper. @Imperfect you are unconscionably generous!
It's crazy banana pants is what this is.
Fourth we begin to teach Jack about Christmas with a right proper classic:
Fifth we go and fix our Amazon wishlist privacy settings... and then go out and buy some candy, of course!
Thank you very much, @Imperfect. This is just crazy nice. Crazy banana pants nice. Merry Christmas!
To think I could have suspected @shadowane (who I'm sure also gave a very nice gift)!
Now to wait for Santee's gift to properly gestate.

Let's crack that sucker open, hey look, smaller boxes!
Don't worry Santa, I won't.
Will do this tho!
Glasses, nice big ones!
And what are glasses without coasters? A mess that's what!
The coasters
The glasses on the coasters
Thanks Santa!
