Am i right in assuming that a pulse rifle with "full automatic mode" is basically going to be an auto rifle?
Because that is what i found today and it seems like it could be cool (i still have to level the gun up to unlock that ability).
No its not an autorifle, because pulse rifles still have cooldowns between bursts. So basically you can hold the trigger down and it will fully fire its bursts before running out of ammo, but it doesn't fire them in full auto.
Yeah, it'll do a BAMBAMBAM, pause, BAMBAMBAM, pause, BAMBAMBAM without you having to press the button for each burst. Hold trigger down, aim, and spray concentrated burst of kinetic death. (Love my stable from hell legendary Pulse Rifle)

That was a rough first attempt on a Nightfall Strike for all of us, but it was fun, if it hadnt been for those insane Hollowed Psions we would have beaten it.
The lvl 28 Weekly Heroic down without too much fuss though, also I'm guessing it wasnt hard for you to notice, but just to clarify - I'm not a native english speaker.
Fireborn was a nice "oh shit" super to have tonight for sure.
I totally didn't realise English isn't your native tongue, I always have a lot of trouble hearing people on the Xbox headset.
We might have broken on the rocks of Nightfall this time but I enjoyed myself and will be up for taking the fight back to those scoundrel psions. Probably after I've used our haul of strange coins from the heroic weekly to buy a psion disciplinary aid from Xur!
If my friend fixes his connection troubles we can try again later this week, he has a level 28 Defender Titan and should be a nice help.
You used the normal Xbox Headset? I can barely hear anything when using that, good thing I found an adapter for my A40's.

Homing Grenades (tossed as you are being shot), sticky grenades (stick someone, then get shot), low velocity Rockets (shoot a rocket at someone while being shot), etc. You can also engineer it in Rumble with friends, if you really want it. Postmortem actually is pretty easy for me to get as a bounty. I usually receive it within 3-5 PvP matches. I just play slightly more recklessly than I usually do.

*shrugs* I don't either, which is why I just play slightly more recklessly (more melee attacks, more grenades in the middle of the killzones, more rockets at close range) and I seem to get the award pretty easily. I'm just saying that it's fairly easy to engineer, with a little practice. It's not difficult, and it can absolutely be farmed.

As in, you punch each other, you die, then he dies, you get medal.
Grenades are also a similar philosophy. I never try to die, but postmortems come pretty naturally if you're using your fists and grenades.

Frankly, it's far less rage inducing that both die than to stab someone in the eye and fall down dead apparently having caused no damage to the other guy. Nothing worse than having the game lie to you about what's happening on your screen.
Just remember that half the people you meet are below average intelligence.

I... Just got my 4th Exotic Bounty, wtf?
I got 3 ongoing, Voice In the Wilderness I completed in a day, but Super Good Advice also sucks, so I guess thats why it was easy.
Soooooo that "fourth" VoG chest by the Templar with the Spirit Bloom in it... has anyone tried getting in there as soon as they hit the Templar area? We followed a little rat hole way the hell down from there and wound up at one of the Gorgon's loot chests, but we didn't do it until after we'd beaten the Templar.

Ran Devil's Lair a bunch of times tonight to get the Fallen Walker bounty. After finishing, I went back to the tower and there was a decoherent engram in my mail. Decrypted to legendary pulse rifle.
I did the Vault for the first time and holy shit it is crazy. At least I have a good idea how to run my PS3 group through it Saturday.

I got the Queen's sniper rifle which is going to be so so good when I do the Nightfall this week, since it does arc damage.
btw unless you're in a super hurry, may be worth it to wait until the patch hits to do the weekly nightfall, since strike rewards will be improved. the nightfall already gives good rewards so who knows how it will be changed, but still.
