There are four types of dicks in the world to varying degrees of tolerability. The most is "our dicks" someone who is an asshole but he is an asshole for you and your crew, everybody loves their dick. The second is a clueless dick, the guy who just doesn't get it, perpetually. He is hard to deal with but he's trying. Next is the purposeful dick. People who are mean because it makes them happy.
At the bottom of the ladder is the annoying dick. He combines all the worst traits of an asshole and a obnoxious person. Like if Steve Urkel came to your house and kicked your dog on purpose.
That last one is cowsep.

Well, I've been doing my usual botgame a day, and in the short term, it seems pushing hard as you can, the changes have artificially extended the game 4-6 minutes. I'm guessing in a real game, with a team that can fight back more intelligently, that's probably an extension of 10 minutes. That's also not counting the snorefest of murdering nothing but creeps for 10-15 minutes. Eh...might be good, might not be. We'll have to see.
The oathsworn stuff? I mean, it's right in her W and R, isn't it?
not really. it doesn't mention anything about having to bind yourself to a teammate and hover around them to receive bonuses, which might be great for summoner's rift but I don't play that map and it is not very great on dominion.
yes. I loaded her up in a game and was pretty surprised to find that out. there's an item called a black spear in your inventory you have to use on an allied champion to bind yourself to them and I guess you now rely on that person pretty heavily. sounds like an awful mechanic for random games.
Although on Dominion it means that she has the freedom of using it on anyone top, not just her support on SR. It lets you put it on front line melees or put it on your mage as they should have an easy time of tagging people and you can use the ult to get them out of trouble.
I guess you can use it when bottom lane if you have someone going to flowchart bottom all day, then you can summon them over the lane or speed shrine wall... but meh.
You should be death balling through the jungle/speed shrines anyways so unless you gave it to someone retarded it should see plenty of use.

You need them nearby for your ult, and you get bonus damage (significant) when you both attack something... but that's it.
Kalista's Q and E are actually pretty good on their own.
Which champion page were you looking at where it didn't mention that about Kalista? The spotlight and reveal are pretty clear about it.
I'm guessing it was the in-client page? I wish Riot would make those bloody things more informative, they're pretty useless currently.
Even with the pathetic ability descriptions, it's still mentioning that W and R involve your oathsworn (though it doesn't go into detail on that), so...
it doesn't tell you what it is or how it functions so no, that is not an acceptable answer. I've never needed to use more than looking at the champion page until kalista.
Yeah, getting an oathsworn in the first place involves something outside of her passive+4 abilities, so I could see how it might be forgotten in the in game client, even though it shouldn't be. They should throw the explanation of how you get an oathsworn on to her passive or something.

I've never used the in store description to pick a champion. It's never particularly clear, and when they offer a thoroughly more descriptive option, I'm not sure why you would avoid looking at that instead.

If Sion kills someone while his passive is active, not only does he get the buffs for the remainder of the passive, he has it when he respawns. In riskier business news, he can also force himself down to as little HP as possible before the wave spawns, die to wolves, and hit level two while killing them in his passive. He'll be able to respawn and teleport back to top lane before too many creeps die (I've heard before any die) with a huge experience advantage over the lane.
It just involves people assuming he's a little pants on head and not going to his wolves to kill him there.

But really. Cowsep is just annoying and a jerk and i cannot stand watching him.
Still trying out new jungle, but liking it less and less every game. The strategic diversity shows promise, but the numbers tuning is way off. Jungle income is crazy low, jungle invades are insanely powerful because of how vulnerable junglers are early game.
The new jungle is a CertainlyT champ. It will be pretty cool in 6 months when they finally get the right numbers in place, but its really unpleasant to deal with right now.

this is fun to watch. Man I have a lot of respect for cop, he isn't flashy, he isn't the best, but he's good consistently. I remember being at IEM Dallas in 2010 when curse was Cop, Elementz, Saint, Westrice and Nyjacky. Cop was one of three pros that took time to talk to me for longer then 30 seconds. I don't really like Saint but whatever. I hope they make it back in to the LCS.

I went Skirmisher on Shyvana because I wanted the ability to completely fuck over anyone I fought.
It was kind of stupid when I have 50+ stacks of Devourer with it... and Kingblade. Land E... and that's an absolutely obscene amount of on-hit damage, plus damage per second from W. Their Vayne? One Q chunked like 60% of her health. I was at a point where I could assassinate... and then survive because I'm a fucking dragon with two major tank items completed. And then you remember that aside from Skirmisher, all of that hits the whole enemy team during my ult.
I could see an argument for other smites... maybe? I mean, Shyvana doesn't need help clearing (so Ranger's is out), and she doesn't really care about the opponent jungle (so you could do poacher, but if all you want is the camp just rotating QWE on it breaks them down fast regardless). Stalker's would be a possibility, to help her stick to her target (one thing she does have issues with), if you didn't want Skirmisher's to basically win any duel.
holy crap warwick is straight bullshit now. The true damage you can put out between ult and your Q is crazy. It is definitely going to get nerfed hard.
