Well I mean I was playing pretty much all day every day since I started.
Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if Labor had not first existed. Labor is superior to capital, and deserves much the higher consideration. - Lincoln
Oh yeah, has anyone used Zelda yet to confirm what her deal is? She's out now.
It was said earlier that she would only give weapons for herself with at least 3 stars, or something. Just wondered for sure.
I used her yesterday. I can't remember which weapon I got, only that it was a 5 star 420 with 6 slots. 4 of the slots were empt .
The deuce does it take to get a 5 star 420 6 slot Sword of Despair for Ganon? Tried for 2 hours with no luck yesterday. Got Volga a 420 on my first try against a level 42 network link.
Not to be Captain Obvious, but for those who don't know; if you have both enemies in sight when you kill the correct enemy on quiz levels, both give goodies.
Two players makes this super easy. One player attacks the correct enemy, while the other player targets, boomerangs, and pushes the other enemy out of the way.

Two materials/weapons, one try.
Feel free to mock me for stating the obvious.
Wasn't obvious to me. I'd gotten both materials before, but I didn't realize that it was dependent on the enemies being on-screen. Nice tip
"The entire map of Twilight Princess will be the size of one area." Ok, so how many "areas" are in the new Zelda? 3? 20?
EDIT: Or actually, the quote is "Now with the hardware capabilities of the Wii U, what we did was we first started by saying well let's see what we can do if we take an entire world the size of the world from Twilight Princess and just try to make that as one area on the game." The intended meaning could be that they made an area the size of TP seamless with no loading.

Also, you should probably not use the Twilight Princess map as a point of reference....
You'll get spinners without using the Amiibo now. You only had to unlock it with Link one time.
Now it will give you random Link weapons when you scan him everyday.
You'll get random weapons/money, not just Link stuff.
You sure? I've used other Amiibo, and while they will give random weapons, money, and materials, Link always seems to give me a high-star, high-rank weapon for Link.

Fairly sure because Link is the only one I have and I've picked up a Zelda weapon from it.
Having trouble unlocking Lana's level 3 summon gate. It just feels slow whenever you go against officers.
You know the Special Attack trick right? Use it until you get either Dodongo or the Dragon and then do the X-X-X-Y or whatever to use that specific attack and it's more powerful than before.
+1

I decided to break from Smash and play some Hyrule Warriors again for the first time in a while. Haven't touched it since probably a couple weeks after release.
Not into it. The shine is gone. I wish I could trade it in, because I don't think I will be digging into it too much now. Unfortunately, I impulse-bought it on release day from the eShop. Woes of digital purchasing, I guess

To clarify, whichever combo matches the random monster, so Gohma for Gohma.

Well you just earned some DDP points and Club Nintendo points. Make your opinions known on the latter.
I myself have resisted every urge to pick up Hyrule Warriors, reminding myself I've found DW games boring for years.

Yeah. I think I filled out my post-play survey already, unfortunately. Maybe I should let those sit for a while longer.
Zant's level 3 weapon is my last one to get on the original adventure map and it's driving me nuts.
Also apparently all the pre-order costume DLC is now available to purchase in the European eShop.
I'm working on Zant's now as well. I get so close, but always take just a tad too much damag .
Ruto is left after that.
Then the Master Sword shall be all might .
You mean after you grind 25,000 kills
I love Hyrule Warriors. It's very mindless, which is great after a long day of work. Plus there's SO MUCH SHIT to do in the game. Best $60 I've spent in a long time.
Finally got all non DLC weapons after beating Zant's level 3. Even with Zant at level 70 (but with only a 4-star level 2 weapon, darn game won't drop a 5-star for me), the layout of the Death Mountain map and the randomness of the seed attack plant locations really made everything down to the wire for time. I was forced to use an unlimited powered items potion just to meet the 1200 KO requirement. Not to mention that the essential ally Ganondorf is such a pushover in this mission.
The fiery aeroflos that's supposed to assault the allied base after you defeat the 3 captains tended to act weird. When it disappears and reappears to assault the base, it always leaves and marchs on over to Ganondorf and beat his face in if I haven't defeated it by then. You gotta kill this assault aeroflos or at least get his health down to critical if you are pressed for time so either Cia or Ganondorf can take care of it. Get rid of the seed attack stalks asap, and the scout captain can safely be ignored.
I probably just suck with Zant though, I really don't like his moves.

It gives you the spinner the first time. After that its random powered up Link weapons. Pretty sweet, to be honest.

bullet arrow-time horse-jumping is an actual game mechanic in Zelda U.

Now does that mean other spinners will drop just from anything?
I'm getting mirrors for Twili Midna from stuff but so far no more Dominion Rods or Spinners have dropped.
Now it will give you random Link weapons when you scan him everyday.
