The last two characters I took through lower level dungeons were a brewmaster and disc priest. I honestly don't recall much in the way of bad behavior but when you can bubble e'erybody or have mad AoE threat as a tank with speed from roll...

I also forgot people that roll need on things they can't use. Like the warriors that roll need on leather agi gear. So fun!

In better news, I finally got my corrupted fire hawk yesterday. It's purdy. And the group of randoms I assembled for Only the Penitent got the achievement our first try! Sometimes random jerks are fun to play with!

13/14 Mythic now. We have exactly one more raid before the expansion. Got Garry to the Stormwind phase three or four times, so I'm hopeful, but not 100% confident.

The asshole offtank kept letting me take way too many stacks because he was playing around with his toybox during attempts. I'm sorry, but dropping a train set during empowered whirl should not be your priority.

Still looking for a few warm bodies Alliance-side for WoD raiding. If you've missed my pitches, our 'ideal raider' is the guy or girl that could be doing hardcore Mythic progression, but would rather just screw around in Normal, maybe Heroic, a few weeknights each week and not take any of it too seriously. You can sign up to be there as a core regular or just to drop in sometimes, although we're not looking to carry people.

Link to more info and form to sign up's in my sig (top link's for anyone looking to do anything with other PA-ers via BattleTag, bottom one's for the raid group), you can PM me if you have questions.

I've been leveling a prot warrior through dungeons and I've noticed that there's a big cliff at 80 once you hit Cataclysm content. I think it's some combination of mobs actually getting harder along with bad loot luck (why hello Beauty's caster offhand, that's the 3rd consecutive time I've seen you). I've been sent into way more in-progress groups than I was before, so I don't think this is just me this is happening to.

    I don't...

    what?

Maybe this comes from the benefit of living near fellow raiders in the past, but I'm pretty certain that would call for someone driving over to his house and kicking him in the crotch.

What's the schedule looking like? Shamblers raid Tues/Thurs, and I'd like to get an Alliance character geared and seeing that side, but a 3rd night may prove to be difficult with my current lifestyle, as opposed to being in Wrath during college

I think one problem is gear gets so hard to keep up to date due to fast leveling once you start encountering higher level stuff you hit certain pockets where you start getting really blown up until you get a couple more pieces of gear. And level 80 is also where the older heirloom stuff peters out and so tank gearing becomes more problematic.

at 80 after you do the intro quests to zones there is a vendor nearby that will sell greens, they may be a little expensive but the stats on them are better than the heirlooms. At least they were before the stat squish anyway. When i got those on my deathknights i could tank pretty good and the dungeon quests and drops made it easy after I got a few.

They might not be now. They fixed the problem of the heirlooms being bad at the beginning of each xpac with the stat squish. (they also gave them an ilevel that updates as it gets better)

Well I got a warglaive drop on my priest the other day, so

This is why I'm only running BT on my rogue or warrior. That shit will totally happen to me otherwise and it will upset me. One time I popped in there with my paladin, I got the Cursed Vision (which my rogue has yet to see).

I thought that i had read something about that, but i havent leveled anything 80-85 in quite a while. I do remember there being a problem queuing while wearing heirloom gear because my ilvl wasnt high enough. glad they fixed that though

Gonna swap the mount for the Flametalon as soon as I can get it to drop.

As there are multiple ways this could be broken down, which way do you mean it? wearing orc for "lol blizz favors horde"? Not wearing a suit or dressed up?

Yeah but everytime he shows up at a public event like that the Alliance fanboys go absolutely nuts complaining about favoritism.
