Really glad I got Transistor. What a beautiful game, and the gameplay seams pretty interesting. Even if end up not loving the gameplay it is worth having just to look at.
How is Sir You are Being Hunted? Surviving the Game was one of my favorite movies in high school - is it that with British people instead of Ice T? Ice Tea if you will?
Ice T and biscuits?
Well, thanks @EvmaAlsar for the copy of it. Guess I'll find out tonight.
Eeeek. I'm on the road but I see someone else threw a copy at me! I'll bounce that one back once I get to a PC (might be a bit later as the kid is trick or treating tonight). Thanks again! I'll post who it was then too...
how many bloody copies of valkyria chronicles have been gifted in this thread over the past 48 hours?
Some?
1 < x < infinity
where x = number of Valkyria Chronicle copies gifted out.
but as time grows x approaches infinity. so therefore x = infinity.

Why yes I am a scientist without peer....The rumors about how I've filled graveyards with kerbels without a single successful test flight is of course a lie.
I just 2h into Deadly Premonition and, wow, this game is crazyyy
First time playing Deadly Premonition? I am legitimately envious right now. I love that game so much. If you enjoy the style, you should check out the TV series Twin Peaks sometime. I believe it's still on Netflix in the US. Swery65 (the director of the game) took a lot of inspiration from Twin Peaks for Deadly Premonition.

I've just gotten around to playing SR4 and I basically have a big stupid grin on my face the entire time I'm playing it so I'm definitely looking forward to more of that.
So this upgrade pack includes what? All the DLC? Does GamersGate give a Steamkey for this?
So first @spoit decides to gift me Real Horror Stories, because you know, nothing helps you sleep better than terror! And then @cardboard delusions gifts me Murdered: Soul Suspect, these guys right here, the bestest!

Bundlestars have a deal with PC Gamer for a free copy of Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space in return for a Twitter follow. It's a solid, light, space exploration rogue-like, and certainly worth the $0 entry fee.
They also have the the new, still early access Infinite Space III for 75% off - $2.99 . Looks like a solid deal to me, but has anyone bitten the bullet yet that could provide more info? I'm guessing maybe @Drake?
It's Weird Worlds but with a glorious 3D map. The bit of it I played, a build or two back at least, was fun. The interface was still a bit rough, but it's basically the same game with more stuff. I never messed around with the first one, but I did spend a decent chunk of time on the second one. @Orogogus has the combat about right. It was pretty hard to manage, your best bet was to either avoid combat or hope to find a completely overpowered set of components early in the game, like cloaking and some kind of stupid powerful weapon. Combat in the third one seems to be going in a better direction. That part of the game still occurs on a 2D plane, and you can basically draw on the map to plot your ships course. This allows for masterful strategerics and tacticalizations such as this.
As you can see, the interface is pretty bare. This could totally have changed by now. It really feels like Weird Worlds still. If you like that formula of gameplay and would like to play it on a pretty swell 3D starmap with more stuff down the road then go for it.
Switching from my home internet to using my phone as a hotspot got me from 500kb/s to 1.5mb/s. They recently put data limits in place for cell data, which wouldn't suck so much if they offered as good of speeds for their home internet. What the hell.

Shade was asking for volunteers. How can I not sell you out.
Yeah I got hit but still worth it. Thanks @Spoit.
